I hired Oscar's Tree and Landscaping Services of NC LLC/Mr. Beaver Tree Service to remove about 32 trees from my property. Many of these trees were at the rear of my lot, between a power line right of way and a wooden fence. It was necessary to use a crane to lift the cut trees up over the power lines, then swing the crane around and set the trees down in the end of the cul-de-sac in front of my home. At the same time, my neighbors arranged to have two trees removed from their lot next door. One of the neighbor's trees was a large, partially hollow oak that extended over my neighbor's home. Oscar Martinez and his crew was able to use their crane to remove the large oak in pieces and lift the pieces clear of the house. They trimmed the smaller branches from the tree trunks, lifted the trunks into a truck, and shredded the smaller pieces. They ground all of the stumps which were accessible to their equipment. They used rakes and blowers to sweep up the loose leaves and branches. When they were finished, the street was completely cleaned up. A different neighbor was impressed how they picked up a pine cone that fell into her yard. All that they left behind was the mulch that was generated by grinding the stumps. I highly recommend Oscar Martinez and his crew. I appreciate Oscar's willingness to work with me and my neighbor to combine our two jobs into one job. This allowed both of us to save money, as the expense of the crane and other equipment was split between the jobs, and it also reduced the inconvenience caused for others in our neighborhood. We had a tree taken out today by Mr. Beaver's Tree Service. What a great experience! First, they were 25% less than the other 2 estimates. Second, they scheduled for Wed. but had a cancellation so they called and came 2 days early. Third, they arrived on time and jumped right to work. You could tell that all 7 of them knew exactly what to do. The tree artist put on his climbing belt, grabbed his chain saw and climbed to the top of the tree. With ropes and pulleys his aerial feats were amazing to behold. Especially impressive was the way he was able to remove the 3 large limbs that were hanging over our roof! Using his tools at hand and with help from the man on the ground, he cut the limbs with one hand and lowered them down with the other. None of the limbs ever touched our roof. Fourth, their clean up was great - it looked better after they finished than before they came. Fifth, Theresa was just a phone call away. Very responsive to any and all questions, she sent the contract and proof of insurance and made sure that I was satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. Oscar was very friendly and even came out after hours to give me a quote on removing a humongous tree in my backyard that was dead. I got 4 quotes and this was definitely the best price, by far. The crew came out a couple days later and were all very friendly, professional, and completed the job in only about 2 hours! There was a slight misunderstanding with what to do with the wood chips but they came back out and got them and I ended up having them just clear out the whole yard. My yard was covered in vines and pretty much a jungle but they were able to do it the same day and stayed until dark to make sure it was all done. Dealing was Theresa was great too! Just wanted to give a shout out to Oscar's Tree Service. Excellent customer service. They came for a free estimate within 24 hours, they began the work within 3 days. Their customer service representative called me the morning of the work day to confirm what time they expected to arrive and she called me again to tell me they were on their way. She was easy to reach when I had questions, very professional and friendly. We had a tree removed, and several large trees trimmed down. The work men were polite and professional. They removed 12 trees, all of which were within 10 feet of the house. They arrived on time and started promptly. This is a full service tree company and will use crane, shredder, stump grinder, and bobcat. The team of six moves fast and efficiently. There will be some disruption if you have a small suburban street like mine, but it was minimal and they guided traffic as necessary. The entire job was finished and cleaned up in less than 4 hours. No damage to my house or property and they did a great job removing all debris. Keep in mind these were huge trees ranging from 55 to 70 feet tall. We had two huge trees with limbs hanging over our house, they arrived at 8am (like they said they would) and were done by about 11am. I couldn't believe they had done all that work in only 3 hours! We had a big oak tree and sweet gum taken out in our backyard. I was worried about the grass getting torn up, as I had a bad experience with a concrete truck tearing up some new sod about 3 years ago. But they laid down mats before they drove up in the yard. This is the second time we have used Mr Beaver Tree Service. The first time they removed 14 trees (some very hefty) in about 3 1/2 hrs. They were totally professional and left the yard clean. This morning, we had them remove a very large pine tree, in between our house and the neighbor's house just off the driveway. They brought a crane and cut the tree into segments, carefully threaded the suspended tree sections through our remaining trees and crape myrtles on either side of the narrow driveway. The guys were GREAT. They was working at my neighbors house, I called to see if they could cut a few of my trees down too while they were already there with the crane. The receptionist was quick with a response, very nice on phone. I met the guy in charge and he gave me a quote and they did it that same day!!!
