I got my first pair of Grillz from Mr Bling himself in 2016 and when I Wanted to trade in my upper and get new ones made found out his nephew Jae now runs it! Grills turned out ok but, but service was unprofessional. I wanted 2 upper two teeth grillz made. One with a cut out heart and a bar and the other a cut out butterfly with a diamond cut on the other tooth. 9/20: I got my mold done by Jae & estimated I would get it done by 10/4. 10/3: Roman called and said the engraver was sick and would take another week to finish and he would call me. 10/9: I received a call from Roman that it was done but the butterfly cut out I wanted was engraved instead of cut out and would take another week. I asked if my heart I wanted was cut out and he said it was. It was weird that one got cut and the other not, but told Roman to proceed with the original design I spoke to Jae about. He said it will probably take another week. 10/14: Roman called to let me know it was done and ready Wednesday 10/16. I asked if I can pick it up Saturday at Slauson and he said they were closed but could pick it up Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sun. I knew I wouldn't make it in time after getting off work at 5pm from the Valley to Slauson. So I called Roman back to confirm what time they closed at Slauson, he said 6pm evn though site says 6:30pm, but I just let him know I'll see him Wednesday. 10/16: So I had to request to leave work early Wednesday, my partner and I drove in traffic for 1hr 15mins and arrive at 530pm to see the stall completely closed. I call two different numbers with no response and tried DM'ing them on Instagram since I was communicating with Jae there but didn't know that also Roman had access to their instagram. Roman calls me via Instagram audio and says he had an emergency and his roommate took his dog to the vet. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He said he would ship them but I wanted to get them for the weekend and wanted to make sure it fit. I couldn't ask for anymore time off to pick them up and he ended saying Saturday Slauson would be open. I was so confused maybe misunderstanding with locations and times? When I hung up on him, Jae starts responding on the DM that Roman was in the bathroom and I was like I thought he had an emergency. Jae responded he was in the bathroom and I was like so can I pick it up (the grills) or no? After that I received another call from Roman telling me to stop talking to his cousin Jae because he doesn't know he left. I was like WTF?! then when Roman hung up, Jae was on the line asking what's going on. I ended up telling him Roman was not there and supposedly had an emergency and said they should be open till 6:30pm. Anyways, Jae hung up on me and apologized to me via instagram DM and said Saturday they will be open. My partner and I had to make another hour and half drive home with no grillz on hand. 10/19: I was able to finally pick up my grills. I think Roman helped me but not sure. They were nice and let me know how to care for the grills and it's good I didn't have them shipped because I definitely had to get them readjusted. The love is a bit fake. The service in general is inconsistent. Its hit or miss. Would i go back? Ehhh. they did hold my grill for me. Through the pandemic till now. I rate this place a strong 3.99999999. Its a bit of pulling teeth. Grillz will need adjustment! Communication a bit weak. But thats LA for ya. Im frm new york tho. Wheres the tlc these days. The fit was perfect and the quality was better than I expected for the somewhat dicey location. I ordered 4 tooth caps in 14k gold.The final product was bulky,had a few blemishes and was overall bad quality, so I let them know that this was not up to par with their price.I would have been happy to just pay the $60 fee that they charge for the mold but they made me pay $150 for them making the teeth even though I didn't get to keep them.Very disappointed in this and I would like to have my $90 refunded read more

I've had 2 10K piece grills done here by Mr Bling. I got my 1st gold grill in December 2015 and it was amazing. You come in to their office, pick out the grill you want and they sit you down and make a mold from your teeth. Be careful not to bite down, just listen to their instructions and don't laugh like I did. (I was high) Anyways you pay up front, my 6-piece was about $300 and was ready within 10 days I believe. The 2nd grill I got, I remember the day I was supposed to pick it up but sadly got a call from 1 of the dudes saying the grill wasn't ready yet and we had to reschedule for another day. For what it is and where it is I was impressed. Me and my buddy went just to check it out a joke at first. Pretty grimmy place because of the area. I took my watch off and left my cash at home. Its that hood. However after afew days and a few bucks we walked out with tops and bottoms. Now that Ive done it I only like the bottoms the tops are just overkill. Living in the Inland Empire, we didn't have many options at our disposal for the gold teeth cap service my husband was looking for. After steady searching for a few weeks, Mr Bling consistently came up as a trusted and good source to get this service done and even though it meant a drive out to LA, we felt it would be worth it - and it was! My husband went in on a Tuesday and had a mold done for a gold cap for one top canine and one bottom. The technician helping was very friendly and helpful. He took a mold of the teeth, got us filed away with paperwork and got us out within 15 minutes. Everything would be ready that coming Saturday (so about a 4 day turnaround period). We weren't able to get back out until Monday due to work but they had no problem holding it. We went in on Monday, and everything was ready! They fitted my husband, provided him with two boxes for the jewelry, gave him a few aftercare tips, took a picture and we were done! So thorough and helpful. I called about 5 times over the past month with questions (incl when we were still trying to find a place to have this done) and they answered every time and super helpful.
