His work is very inconsistent sometimes he will do a really great job and sometimes I've had to come back to get it repaired for the second time. I have had my last straw with his gaslighting. When I bring something that has broken that has been is own work he talks so badly about the work and I've let him know only he has worked and it, he does not apologize or accommodate at all. He has changed the pricing on this one day to another just because. I tried my best to support a local business but his prices are getting higher and higher and the work is not good.

When my husband initially purchased them I told him the clasp setting was weak. He went back to Joe who found no issue yet he made adjustments to them?..... Ok fine, let's try this again. Now both broke... So, didn't expect an issue when they required repair because obviously it wasn't my fault. He, himself, could not fix his own work! Then makes "an exception" to trade it for another pair. This replacement pair broke too!!! Didn't bother going back to Joe and took them to another shop who said they couldn't fix it, it was gold plated and CZ! Joe sold it to us claiming it was solid gold with diamonds. In a nutshell, we dismissed this man's condescending attitude. Laughed it off as being a grouch and just dished it right back at him each time we went in. But IMO he's defensive because he knows he's working a shady business. Too bad, so sad.
