Watch came back after almost 2 months on 1/30/26 with case tool markings and scratches. E/mailed Kevork upset, he responded immediately and apologized for returning the watch with these flaws unnoticed. To his credit, Kevork responds almost immediately to e-mails and is excellent with timely communication. He e-mailed a pre-paid return packing slip, apologized for sending back my watch in such condition, and promised to work on it so it comes back as good as new. Watch was received the second time by Time Tec on 2/5/26. It came back today, 3/9/26 after a little over a month turn around time. Kevork delivered as he promised, the pictures speak for themselves. I would rather he did it right the first time, but I'm really grateful my experience with Kevork and Time Tec ended on a positive note. Is that part of the glases called an arm? In any case, I was in and out. As mentioned in a few of the pictures, you have to love the fact that their hours beats others hands down. Working just as hard on a Sunday as any other day of the week. For many of us, with a Monday through Friday grind, then being open on the weekends particularly a Sunday is a major plus.

They completed the work, I paid, and only one hour later the steel bracelet came apart and my watch fell to the ground. When I returned and showed them what happened, I expected them to apologize and fix the issue. Instead, they claimed that they had extended it from another side and told me it was my fault, asking me to pay again for the repair. This is completely unacceptable. I have been wearing this watch for three years without any problems, and it broke just one hour after their service. The responsibility should have been taken, but instead I was blamed for their work. I cannot recommend this place. Very disappointing service and poor quality workmanship. Never go this place.
