Most restaurants will typically mix sriracha and kewpie mayo for a spicy and creamy sauce. This restaurant must've used either red 40 or Thai sweet chili sauce, because it tasted more sweet than anything and had a bright red color instead of the usual orange. Additionally, the fish did not taste very fresh. The decor was very cool, though!
