Several people were on laptops and others were just enjoying the space. I loved the decor and the barista was extremely kind. He asked what I ordered from other places and the recommended the brown sugar caramel latte. That drink was so good and perfectly relaxation zone. My only regret was getting a 12 oz and not a bigger drink. I'm happy I was able to grab a drink here and plan to return tomorrow.

It had that calm, productive energy where the espresso machine hums like background music and no one feels rushed. Just a chill, focused vibe. I also loved the merch selection. The branding is clean and cool, the kind of gear you actually want to wear instead of toss in a drawer. It adds personality to the space. When I ordered, the cashier didn't just take my order. They helped me craft a cup that matched my taste perfectly. The result was delicious. Creamy, strong, and not overly sweet. It had that bold coffee backbone without overwhelming the flavor. Honestly, I could've gone back for a second cup without hesitation. Great atmosphere, thoughtful service, and a perfectly balanced cup of coffee. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely be back for another creamy, strong refill.

It's a place I…read morefrequent on my days off, and last week was my first time dining there since their recent menu flip. That morning I ordered one of my favorites, the lox bagel. I didn't realize that with the new menu changes, ordering a lox bagel meant all assembly required-- by the customer. I received a plastic to-go box with a toasted bagel, a ramekin of cream cheese, a ramekin mixture of capers and onions, and smoked salmon wrapped in a deli sheet. I was puzzled and asked for clarification from a sales associate, as the order was not to-go. I want to stress the fact that there was no negligence whatsoever on the part of the employee-- she's great and always makes my day when I see she's working. However, I find it to be quite a bizarre policy to require a guest to construct their own sandwich. Part of the reason people dine out is to be cared for and have a stress-free morning. It was also a waste of plastic cutlery, as I used a single knife to spread cream cheese and tossed the unneeded fork and spoon. Now while I am proud of my sandwich build and the flavor was good, I was left with fingers that smelled like salmon despite washing my hands multiple times. Not exactly what I was hoping for at 10 am on my day off from working in a restaurant. I understand the fine details of menu flips can be a bit clumsy at first, but I hope management receives this feedback and reconsiders this self-assembly method. I love this place and the atmosphere and staff. The lox bagel experience just didn't hit the mark for me.

The coffee had very good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. The menu item names are very creative. Five stars for that. So far loved the vibe. And as far as customer service goes, they were very friendly! I really wanted to try their Rosemary Lavender but sadly they were out of this flavor. I opted for cardamom with oat milk. After the first sip.. I couldn't quite get the cardamom taste. Not with the second, third or fourth. It fell a bit too short for me. Cardamom has a very distinct taste and it was lost in the milk. Just tasted like a regular latte. I had to have more than 12oz (looks like this is their only size) so I also got the cold brew.. but the batch was not as strong as I would prefer. I think it can be better. I'm sadly reminded of the old Keurig days when my coffee would come out tasting extremely diluted but I would still drink to because it was quick and easy. Cold brew is a slow, beautiful and delicate process. This drink did not reflect that awesome cold brew experience. I expect the cold brew from a coffee place to taste much better than what I make at home. No for me Ology. Wish you guys better days though!
