WARNING!!!! Do NOT USE THIS MAN!!!!…read more Lorenz came to my home and told me I had a simple oil leak and towed my car to the "shop" on a Friday. We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him

They refuse to take responsibility, and my car is showing bare metal long brush-like scratches. This happened after I left the car wash on February 13, 2026, around 10 am. I wish Whitewater never bought out Johnny's. I miss Johnny's. Whitewater does not take responsibility for the damages they cause to their customers' vehicles and has poor customer service. They say nothing is their fault. I will never recommend them.

My husband went in for a car wash at the Red Bank Road location and was told by an employee who was standing at the payment station that he could give him a one week free wash pass with the single wash he was purchasing that day. Before my husband could accept, deny, or ask questions about the offer, the employee scanned a barcode and took his credit card, processing what my husband believed was a one time car wash charge on the consul, with a credit for a free week of washes. He believed it was a promotional offer and never agreed to opening a membership. Four months later, I noticed the recurring $39.99 fee on our card and left a voicemail at the local Red Bank Road office in Cincinnati. No reply almost a month later so I contacted the corporate office via their online form and left a voicemail. They did reply to me and cancelled our membership, however they have not apologized for or even acknowledged the scam that occurred. Instead they fixate on the 5 business days notice required to cancel the membership before the next recharge date, and have stated that according to their policy no refunds are issued. I believe this to be a legal tactic--not admitting or even acknowledging the scam. I looked it up and sure enough, there are others who have had similar experiences of being scammed into a membership without their knowledge. We have filed a dispute with our credit card company and will never use their services again.
