My review is based on my visit on 12/13/25 at approximately 7:00 PM. I was greeted by one male employee, who was not friendly at all. There was no greeting or acknowledgment--just a total given after I ordered the #1 combo, along with a comment that it would take about five minutes. Shortly after, he went into the kitchen, put on gloves, and began preparing my food without washing his hands, which was concerning. During my entire visit, no other employees were visible. When my order was ready, he handed me the food without saying anything--no thank you, no asking if I needed sauces, nothing. Customer service was very poor. As for the food, it wasn't bad, but it's definitely not comparable to In-N-Out despite what some reviews claim. At best, it felt like a knockoff version trying to imitate it. This burger spot is really good! You can order outside at the window or go through the drive-thru. We ordered through the window and the staff was very helpful. We got a cheeseburger, double cheeseburger, chili cheese fries, vanilla ice cream cone, strawberry milkshake and a couple of their new boba drinks. Everything was fresh and delicious. There's not too much seating. Only a couple of tables, so it's best to order and take home. I love that their cheeseburger is only $3.75. This has been my third or fourth time here now and I wanted to share some of my insights: 1. The ice cream is great soft serve and guess what? I have yet to have them tell me that their ice cream machine is down like another chain fast food almost always does. 2. In my opinion and friends opinions, their fries are better than In N Out. 3. I have yet to have a less than 5 star customer service experience. Two thumbs up for Chris. I must be going during the shift he works which is great because he is friendly and has a great attitude. Drive-Thru was smooth, but There are a couple reasons for give 3 stars. 1.I ordered my Burger with grilled onions and no onions were on my burger. 2 the fries were thrown in the bottom of the bag and one of the trays all the fries were grown out. 3 the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Burgers are alright here, i live near by so it makes it a lot easier to grab, but this particular night my son wanted a burger and upon ordering the employee told us that they were out of lettuce, chili, fries, cheese & ketchup ‍... completely out of everything! Food is very good and reasonably priced, but when I went on a Tuesday evening around 6:15pm, they didn't have any shakes (I might expect this near closing time, but not nearly six hours left till closing on a Tuesday). So, I ordered (and paid for) a smoothie only to be told a few minutes later that their smoothie machine is in its cleaning cycle (in the middle of their dinner rush?). I was talked into substituting a root beer float instead. Then when I was given the float, I was given a fork with it instead of a straw. Traveled 2 cities over to try this spot, all because of a TikTok I saw.... Would I come back??? No. The food was good, but too many mistakes, the receipt showed my order was ordered correctly, so not the cashiers fault. Missing one full order. Another was missing the pickles I paid for. The chili cheese fries were missing the onion and pickles on it. My 4 drinks didn't come out until we finished eating... they brought out the missing order way after... The fries were golden, crunchy on the outside, fluffy inside, and seasoned perfectly. Now the shake... oh man. I got the strawberry shake, and it was thick enough to bend the straw but smooth enough to keep sipping nonstop. Creamy, cold, and just the right amount of sweet. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed with the Hotdog, the sausage was old, salty and the hot dog bread was stale, the chili was not good either. Amazing customer service. Would I go back? Delicious cheeseburgers that reminded me of a mom and pop establishment from years ago. Meat tasted like real meat and the hamburger bun was delicious.
