Horrible. Burnt deep fried mushrooms for 7$, hamburger was dry hard to swallow. I would have put a picture but its already in the trash.

Does a few things and does them well. Their sauce is top notch, burgers have a nice char, and the ingredients are fresh. Know what you are getting going in. A cheaply priced meal, with good ingredients, made to order. In a place that looks like it's been around since at least the 80s. And done well. Gotta keep places like this alive. Highly suggest paying the extra 50¢ to get their house sauce on the side. Will be combining back for a quick lunch!

First off, this joint survives because it's convenient for the neighborhood. That's really what…read morekeeps it alive. The place is filthy and looks like no one ever cleans it. The dining area appears to be a patio that was converted into an enclosed seating area. You can still see the original pillars and brickwork, which don't match the rest of the decor. There was also a car show flyer taped to the front door for an event in Riverside that happened last October. That's just lazy. How hard is it to clean up and remove outdated signs? To me, that's an indicator of a lazy staff, and I don't want a lazy staff preparing my food. The guy at the order window is short with customers and rushes you while ordering. He won't make substitutions, either. The problem is that he's also the gatekeeper for all the condiments and napkins. The dining area is basically just a box with a trash can, you don't have access to anything yourself. Whatever he decides to give you is what you get. There's no room for discussion. Now for the FOOD I ordered three chicken-fried burgers, and there was absolutely no consistency between them. I added pickles to all three, but one burger had only a single pickle. One burger was as dry as the Dead Sea, with no mayonnaise at all. Another had the right amount of mayonnaise, but the lettuce was mostly white stems. Goldilocks wouldn't be able to find a burger that was "just right" at this place. The fries were a mix of undercooked and burnt, which is impressive in all the wrong ways. The portion was also ridiculously small. For the price of the combo, you'd think they could provide a reasonable amount of fries. As for the chicken-fried patty itself, it was paper-thin, about as thick as two quarters stacked together. I like my chicken thick, like my wife's Mexican booty. Overall, don't go out of your way to stop here. If you don't live nearby, there's nothing worth writing home about. They're incredibly stingy with their portions, condiments, and napkins. I've eaten in some real dumps before. Hell, I've eaten kangaroo, raw beef, and even camel while sitting on the floor and eating with my hands, and those experiences beat this place. Save your money and go to Red Robin, or even walk across the street to Pizza Loca.

I particularly enjoy the consistency of the pastrami, the burger patty, and the fresh shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. As a two-time stroke survivor with restricted mobility, I usually get it via the drive-thru, or my wife, Chef Ann, orders inside to-go, or I'll use Grubhub delivery via Amazon Prime. Sometimes I'll throw in a large order of french fries, too. If you like pastrami burgers, this is an absolute must-try--you won't be disappointed!

The parking is good, they have a drive through also, parking can be in their direct in front which is very small but they also having parking to their right and it's very spacious. The food! I ordered the bacon cheese burger and this is my second time ordering it and both times. 10/10.. I will forever want a cheeseburger from this place before others.. it tasted so good and definitely would recommend to others! I got the fries and they are steak fries. Which I don't love but the fry is good, it's well seasoned and definitely a good fry. I also got the chili cheese fries which again same fries but the chili cheese was NOT it. It tasted completely watered down, lacked flavor and I just tossed them such a waste of $13. I love chili cheese fries and had high hopes but never again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My friend got the mango smoothie thing and they said it was great and would order it again. Overall I would come back and excited to try other items. Thank you

There was also plenty of parking and several seating options inside. We decided to order a little bit of everything so we could try as much of the menu as possible. We had the brisket, brisket burnt ends, rib tips, several sides, and both desserts. The brisket burnt ends were definitely my favorite. They were smoky, tender, and full of flavor. The brisket had a beautiful bark and was cooked perfectly, and the rib tips were just as good. I was honestly just as impressed with the sides. My favorites were the spicy mac and cheese and the potato salad. The potato salad was creamy and was the perfect thing to cool your mouth after eating the steamed jalapeños. The coleslaw and green beans were also really refreshing and balanced out all the rich barbecue. The biggest surprise for me was the sweet yams. It was so flavorful that it tasted like it had been slow-cooked in brown sugar and spices for hours. For dessert, I tried both the banana pudding and the peach cobbler. The banana pudding was the winner for me, but I also liked that the peach cobbler wasn't overly sweet. Even the cornbread was delicious. I ended up pairing it with the barbecue baked beans and was a great combo. Our total came to about $110 before tax and tip, but we ordered enough food to try a wide variety of meats, sides, and desserts, so I thought it was well worth it. Overall, there wasn't a single thing we ordered that I wouldn't get again. If you're looking for great Texas-style barbecue in the Inland Empire, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the rest of the menu.

The brisket is sooo good and fatty. Especially paired with the sauce. If you can only try one thing make sure to get the brisket. They also sell by weight so feel free to get any amount you want. The young woman slicing the meats was very nice when explaining their menu and how to order. I read plenty of reviews before coming here and many noted the sides were lacking but I thought the opposite! The beans were extremely rich and decadent, and the yams were soo tasty without being overly spicy.
