Any other direction requires you to chance turning left across six traffic lanes very close to the intersection or going past and doing a U-turn. The third option is to turn left into one of the other strip malls further down Lee and then a couple right turns gets you into the Taco Roc parking lot. Once you get into the lot, there is a decent amount of parking with some adjacent to the building and more across a traffic lane. There are several handicapped spaces near the entrance as well. Walking in, you enter a small waiting area. We were greeted almost immediately and told the hostess we wanted to place a to go order. She quickly gave us menus and told us to sit while we decided what we wanted. If you are dining in, there is a good amount of seating to the right of the waiting area and another smaller area on the left behind a wall. The ordering counter is to the rear of the waiting area. There is a large menu (with pictures) above the counter, but many items in the menu also have photos. This is also where you would pick up take-out orders. There is a salsa bar in the waiting area to the right of the door. We took a sample of each of the six salsas to eat with our food while we were waiting. All had a different flavor and varying levels of heat. One was mild, one was pretty hot, and the others were in between. All were very good and could compliment many different dishes. Our order took 15-20 minutes to be brought to us. It was well packaged in styrofoam containers and nothing spilled on the way home. The Arroz Taco Roc had steak, chicken, and shrimp as a fajita mix. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and was not rubbery even after the drive home. The other proteins were also perfectly cooked and well seasoned. This was an outstanding dish. The Chimichanga was ordered with a mix of steak and chorizo. The protein was well spread throughout the chimichanga along with the other ingredients. The tortilla was not as crispy as typical, but this is most likely due to the delay in the ride home and would not be noticed for those dining in. While the refried beans were nothing special, the rice was surprisingly good. It had an excellent flavor and was cooked perfectly. I added the pico salsa from the salsa bar and could have made that a meal by itself. The menu is pretty extensive and covers almost any possible taste or preference. I look forward to working my way through the menu in many future visits.

To start the waitress actress like she was doing me a favor by waiting on me. I asked her for a water while I decide on what I'd like to eat. She stomped off without even acknowledging what I'd asked for. Maybe it was a language barrier issue, but at least try to acknowledge or ask for clarification. I ordered a taco and a steak burrito. The taco was dropped at the table with not a word said. I asked if they have chips and salsa as she stormed away after literally dropping the taco in the table and she mumbled no without really even looking back. Pretty sure this place is family owned and operated, so she must be family. If not, they should reconsider who they hire. The taco was about the size of my thumb. I almost thought it was a practical joke. It didn't really have any flavor, but the chicken was tender at least. I ate the taco in two bites. Next the steak burrito came and was also literally dropped on the table and the waitress rushed away again with to out a word. I had to stop her again to ask for the water I ordered before my meal. Now that I think about it, it wasn't a communication issue. She had now dropped a taco in the table then a few minutes later dropped a burrito on the table and I still hadn't been served a drink. She just didn't care to be bothered. Now to the steak burrito. Good size but the steak was so burnt that it was hard and crunchy. Pretty much like beef jerky but with a crunch. And the burrito was dripping with grease. Here's pics of both, so it's clear there's no exaggeration here. Like I said, maybe a bad night, or maybe their friends just post reviews for them.
