I'm not a person to do reviews but I'm tired of them doing this I used to love this place, but lately, every time I go, they're out of everything--sometimes just an hour after opening. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. My boyfriend called them because they forgot to put avocado in my burrito, even though I paid extra for it. Instead of fixing the mistake, the employee argued with him, insisting it was there. I even checked under a flashlight, and there was no avocado at all. If I'm paying extra, I should at least get what I paid for. This isn't even the first time they've messed up my order. A while ago, I specifically told them over the phone that I'm allergic to beans, and they still put them in my burrito. When I called to let them know, they said they couldn't fix it--like, what? Yes!!! So excited about this food truck addition. Mr Burro is parked at the Valero on Six Forks Road where the Gym Taco trucks are as well. They do Mexican inspired breakfast and coffee. They've only been open about two weeks, but I've already been back twice. They have breakfast tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and sandwiches. They also serve up some tasty crispy potatoes, essentially home fries, as well as coffee, lattes, and freshly squeezed orange juice. I've gone for the tacos each time! The tacos are loaded with egg, beans, pico, a chipotle sauce, and cheese. I've also added chorizo as well, it's spot on. Honestly one taco is enough for me since they are pretty filling, but my husband always goes for two. The toritllas are super fresh. The orange juice is so delicious, on my last visit they were out so I went with their lemonade. The dulce de leche latte is my favorite, on my last visit I did dulce de leche with iced coffee and it was quite tasty as well. The staff is super friendly and patient, they'll suggest sauces for you, subsitions if they are out of something, etc. Highly recommend you check this breakfast truck out!! read more

I am writing this review truly hoping the owner sees this. I've been going yo Mr Burro for years, long before it was popular, and it has always been one of my favorites. I've taken many friends to Mr Burro and have always been a huge supporter. However, over the last 6 months or so, there's been a huge decrease in the quality of food and service. As of the last few months, I would be giving a 2 star review, but I'm giving a 4 star based on years of going. Prior to the last 6 months, I would be giving 5 stars with no doubt. Over the last 6 months I've noticed a consistent downward quality in the food. The seasoning, consistency, and overall flavor has continually been decreasing. So bad, that I actually threw my food away today. It is nothing like it was a few years ago, let alone 6 months ago. On top of that, they keep closing early. I understand they've become extremely popular, but I've had 3 or 4 instances where I drove to their location and they were closed during their normal business hours. I also checked their social media before heading over. I understand being busy and running out, but it is also a very poor customer experience when I couldn't get good 3-4 times in a row over various weekends and there was no way for me have known y'all were closed. I hope the owners can improve the overall quality and communication of hours as Mr Burro truly was a gem within Raleigh but it's taken a huge step back in the last 6 months or so. read more

Wanted to try this place out after seeing a video on social media. There were only 2 workers, so the service was pretty slow- we waited around 30 mins for 2 breakfast burritos and 2 iced coffees. Our coffees were ready much earlier but werent handed to us until the whole order was ready, so it ended up just sitting there and were watered down by the time we got them.
