I had two pretty bad bullseye cracks on my windshield that required a full replacement (thanks random truck on the highway). Just about every shop was going to charge way too much and/or take forever to source the correct windshield. Mr. Cee's Auto Glass had the part in stock, was able to fit me into their schedule ASAP, and had an incredibly cheap rate that beat every shop I had contacted! Along with this, their customer service was incredible, the staff was very welcoming and nice, and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I recommend them over any other glass shop in the DMV! Mr.Cee's told me my windshield was a dealership windshield. And I was kind of puzzled because I checked 5 places for the best price and they never told me that they told me they had it or they could get my windshield. But that was one of the places I knew I was not going. But I did find a place that saved me $500. Some places are not for everyone that is how I put it. Some places need to take their time and do more research for they lose out on money. read more

My Honda dealership recommended Mr. Cee's. I called on a Monday and got voicemail, so I left a message. I called again the next day and spoke with Pre. I received a quote after texting my vehicle information. When I inquired about OEM glass, she said she would contact Honda. After several days I followed up and Pre said that she would reach out to Honda again. I decided to contact another shop and they got back to me right away with aftermarket and OEM pricing. I had major drama with SAFELITE mobile in Manassas and after 4 literal attempts including going into shop wondering why no show/no calls--= no answer! Today was the final straw. Called Honda and they use MR. Cee's- spoke with "Pre" and told her dilemma. Immediately they could do today if called by certain time. i called 10 minutes after deadline once SAFELITE called. End result-I was able to get my new windshield the same day and totaling my travel time and once ready less than 4 hours total and a lower price! I am very new to the area from out of State. I received a quote through a yelp request from Mr. Cee's. I needed to have the motor and regulator replaced on an automatic window in order to pass a safety check and register my vehicle in Virginia. The quote was received quickly and was fair. The appointment was scheduled for the same day and they took my car right in when I got there. I chose to wait outside due to paint fumes from the adjoining body shop, but that was not their fault. My car was done in less than 30 minutes. The guys were professional, friendly and just overall nice. I highly recommend them for your auto glass needs. I was even provided with a couple of business cards with clear plastic stickers that can be used on my windshield later, if I get a chip at some point. Thank you! read more

We called to get our Windshield replaced on a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. We had an appointment for 12:30 but we had trouble locating the shop. The shop has moved to 8739 Commerce Court Manassas Va. Inside of the Shannon's Auto Body. We were told to wait in the Customer's Lounge of Shannon Auto Body and called them back several times to see if someone was still coming to meet us. Horrible Customer service. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for Nothing! Shouldn't have to wait for someone to show up but we did wait for someone to show and no one did. We ended up going to T.J.s Auto Glass. Which was much cheaper as well. read more

Mr C's ordered the wrong glass for my car. When the tech showed up 5 hours late, he smashed my current windshield and, when he learned that the glass that was ordered would not fit, he started cursing. I tried to reassure him that the mistake was made by the person who ordered the glass -- not him. I then spoke with the business owner, who blamed me for providing the wrong information. I was never asked for the VIN, which could have averted any miscommunication in the first place. Additionally, I checked with my auto mechanic to double check that -- even if I had provided erroneous information, that the part would have been the same -- which they confirmed. Mr. C's ordered another windshield, which was also wrong, and again showed up many hours late. In all, I absorbed the costs for the companies' mistakes (about $330 in all for a new windshield). I would not recommend their services. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had arranged to meet with a rep from Mr. Cee's on a Tuesday. That day, they TEXTED to tell me (an hour prior to the appointment time) that the glass they ordered had a scratch in it and that they were reordering it, and that they would be able to do it the following day, Wednesday. On Wednesday, I called to confirm and the person I was speaking to had no idea what I was talking about - as if they didn't have my appointment on the books at all. They told me they would call me back, which they never did. One hour after the appointment time, no one had shown up or called, at which point I told him I no longer needed their services. They are a completely unprofessional, disorganized and disrespectful company. How do they expect to do any business when this is how they treat their customers? I would rather pay more for service I know I can count on. read more

I had just bought my used car from Sheehy and it needed the rubber glued around the windshield. So Sheehy had contacted them. I had to call them, but the person who answered the phone was really nice. A nice looking young man showed up during the time I was told. He explained what he was doing. At least what he did in gluing the rubber strip around the windshield is working great. I had never heard of Mr. Cee's Auto Glass, but YES!!!! I would use them again if needed. read more

They were able to come to my location in one day. The representative on the phone was very sweet and helpful. They came within the two-hour timeframe given and were done in no time at all. I had a difficult repair on a SUV side cargo area window for an old vehicle that was in a minor accident. Corey of Mr. Cee's was able to reset the new glass despite some damage to the window frame, otherwise my SUV would probably have been totaled due to the age/mileage. He arrived on time, was friendly, and provided exceptional customer service. This is the second time I've used Mr. Cee's and both experiences have been great. read more

I called to have my windshield replaced and made an appointment for a Saturday at 10 AM. So I show up to the shop and no one is to be found. I am knocking on the door for 10 minutes and I call 4 times and I get no answer. I just get their answering machine saying that their business hours on Saturdays are from 8 AM to 12 PM; I was calling from 10:00 to 10:15 AM without answer besides their answering machine. Someone finally picks up after the 5th call at 10:17 saying that she will get in touch with the technician and get back to me shortly. I wait another 30 minutes without receiving that call I was supposed to get shortly. So I leave and on my way home I get a call from the technician who is supposed to replace my windshields at 11:05 saying that he is about to be on his way to the shop. I told him I had already left and to cancel the remainder of my appointment. No apology or any empathy. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Jose. read more

I called to schedule an appt on Thursday last week for the following Monday. The receptionist was friendly so I had high hopes that the process would go smoothly. On Monday, they never showed up which I found out later (after my appointment window 10-12) that it was due to them not receiving the glass yet. Had a cracked windshield on a relatively new vehicle, I called and they were originally able to do same day. I delayed two days and they were fine with it. No charge to come to my house and perform the replacement, and had a slightly lower cost than another vendor. The guy that came was very professional and obviously very well trained. No issues at all and I drove the vehicle 7 hours later that evening on a long trip. Very happy with the service and highly recommend. I originally got the referral to them from the local GMC dealer who said Mr Cees does all their glass work, otherwise I probably would have gone with another, more expensive vendor. On August 6, 2010 I had Mr. Cee's (Damon) repair a crack in my windshield and I was verbally advised there was a lifetime warranty on the repair. After 3 days the crack reappeared. I called the company back and the original repair person, Damon, came to check the 'repair'. He advised that 'sometimes these things work and sometimes they don't' and that the company would discount the $65 repair fee from the cost of a new windshield. Obviously this is NOT what I was told initially by Damon. The Mr. Cee's webpage ( http://www.mrceesautoglass.com/default.aspx ) states that 'We guarantee to get the job done right the first time and will work hard to make sure you are completely satisfied. Our workmanship is backed by a lifetime warranty......'. Obviously the workmanship itself is NOT backed by a lifetime warranty because now Mr. Cee's refuses to reimburse me the original $65 repair fee stating that their policy (obviously UNwritten) is that they will apply the cost of the initial repair to the price of a new windshield. Now why in the world would I want Mr. Cee's to replace my windshield when they won't honor their warranty claims? I guess my next stop is a complaint to the Prince William Better Business Bureau! read more
