I think the last remaining remnant of the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs finally fell to earth finding the windshield of my Acura ILX as its final resting place. And much like the dinos, destroyed my windshield with a sound likened to a room full of 4 years old toddlers who were just told that Barney season 102 was cancelled - meaning to say, it was deafening. I'd pulled my "old fart" card and asked for repair recommendations in a local Facebook Group of which Atlantic Auto Glass came recommended for being cheap yet reliable - basically, if this were Windshield Tinder, and that was their bio, I would have swiped right then superliked. So I venture through the menagerie of what seemed to be the box of chocolates of business parks (you never know what you're gonna get) until I located AAG on the backside of the furthest building from the road (and for you foodies, the furthest building from the Taco Bell - heyo!). Cheapest, fastest, and wasn't murdered - rare are the times those three descriptors find the same sentence, but Atlantic Auto Glass made an otherwise painful process, pretty darn easy. I dropped off the car, and an hour later - baddabing, baddaboom - my car is sporting the vehicular equivalent of new spectacles. Things to note - I did not go through insurance, didn't want to make a claim for whatever reason I felt at the time. Also - the "waiting room" is a stretch. It's more like an un-air-conditioned place for the guy installing your windshield to sit, and if you're desperate to sit as well, there's a chair, a magazine, and an episode of Law & Order with the TV still prompting to be setup. That said, I think they're mobile as well, so that may be a better option - but the stop and drop fit my schedule and I wanted my car fixed ASAP because I like being dramatic when it comes to auto repairs. read more

I really don't write reviews but I will on this one . if you have a luxury car beware and as the saying goes you get what you pay for. i needed a new windshield for my 530i and the windshield tech was not familiar with the process on parts to remove to get to the windshield. Now I have missing screws because when he put the parts together nothing was in its proper place. I had to look up YouTube videos to show this 20+ year professional on how to work on my vehicle. When I started to call out certain things he began to get upset. When your in a profession that requires you know details, one size fit all does not cut it. Given all the positive reviews, all I'm saying is that this provider needs to be more honest with customers about capabilities . the service provided to me on that day does not reflect on previous reviews. being nice is one thing, but I was there for a paid service. Glad we have places like you tube that can help me remedy some of this mess. read more
