Later that day, my phone started glitching -- the screen wouldn't stay on, it stopped responding, and went black during calls. I don't live in Rowlett, so I couldn't return right away. When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up.
