He was fast and very efficient in repairing my phone, and even explained some issues with the phone that he felt the last shop I took it to had likely damaged two components when they replaced the cover. He explained that if the repair person is not very familiar with the phone, they can mistakenly break these two components. I was very grateful for the information, as I had not felt comfortable with the shop I'd taken it to previously. My phone was struggling immediately after I left the previous shop, but I was on my way to catch a flight and did not have time to return to the shop before my trip. Upon my return to Dallas, I decided to give Forney Cell Phone Repair a try; and I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely use them again for future repairs.

When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. The Apple Store doesn't repair iPads, they sell you a new one. He has lots of experience and can work on iPhones, iPads, Mac computers, too. Nobody comes and picks up your item and repairs it in a few hours! Price was reasonable, much cheaper than a new iPad. 5 stars, highest recommendation. He's in Dallas but covers DFW(I'm in Arlington).
