First let me say the two young men I spoke to were very nice so they are not to blame for me writing this review. My disappointment came when I paid $25 for a car wash. I've used this facility on multiple occasions and have never had an issue. I parked my car to be cleaned inside and was asked if I wanted to pay for the interior. WHAT? Didn't I just pay for that?! He said no it's no longer included. The interior cleaning is an additional $15. Granted it's been a few months since I've used a car wash but I had no idea this was the new normal. I will still tip the guys that are cleaning the interior but I'll do my research and find a place that doesn't feel like I've been scammed.

My main grievance is the business, without warning, took away all the towels and window cleaners and then raised their rates pretty dramatically. What cost me $19.99 a month jumped to $26.99. In other words they want you to pay more for less service. Not a real good business model. So after using this place for about 10 years I cancelled my month to month and have taken my business elsewhere.
