The next morning, I took my car back and showed it to the man running the outside. He said he saw no scratches, said it was just dirty and I was lying. How could it be dirty, supposedly, they just cleaned it the evening before. We both looked the car over before I left it to be cleaned. He refused to admit they scratched my car and walked away. Also, when I picked the car up, it was still dripping wet all over and he said, no it's fine. Now I have to either take them to small claims or eat it and pay for the repairs myself. I sent an email to the store manager with pictures requesting replacement, no response. I finally brought it back to the store where they agreed to replace the film. They replaced the firm with a different shade than the other windows and did not correct the problem that I needed fixed. I went to another window tint business that was highly rated in Yelp. They showed me the defects in the other windows including bubbles, peeling, film creases, etc. At this point, I had no choice but to replace all the window tinting. I hated to pay double to get a quality installation.
