I don't normally right bad reviews because I realize my experience isn't going to be everyone's experience but I today I have to share my displeasure. First let me say the two young men I spoke to were very nice so they are not to blame for me writing this review. My disappointment came when I paid $25 for a car wash. I've used this facility on multiple occasions and have never had an issue. I parked my car to be cleaned inside and was asked if I wanted to pay for the interior. WHAT? Didn't I just pay for that?! He said no it's no longer included. The interior cleaning is an additional $15. Granted it's been a few months since I've used a car wash but I had no idea this was the new normal. I will still tip the guys that are cleaning the interior but I'll do my research and find a place that doesn't feel like I've been scammed. read more

I used to love this place and had a monthly subscription for many years, but over the last few months this place has gone down hill. The problem is not the employees who wash the cars, they work very hard. My main grievance is the business, without warning, took away all the towels and window cleaners and then raised their rates pretty dramatically. What cost me $19.99 a month jumped to $26.99. In other words they want you to pay more for less service. Not a real good business model. So after using this place for about 10 years I cancelled my month to month and have taken my business elsewhere. read more

I first thought after my last experience there was "they honestly deserve 0 star. I wish it was an option." My visit there was on Saturday the 29th to get the entire car wash experience, interior included. It was $35. I didn't have to wait too long which I was pretty excited abt. Once I got my car back, i noticed a few places were not cleaned, not even an attempt at cleaning. I pointed one out to the person who cleaned the car, he said he will quickly do it (which he kinda did. Still was not entirely clean). I am a bit of a neat freak, so compared to most people, i keep mine exceptionally clean. And I am the only one using it. I even have a no eating in my car, no drinking anything other than water, etc. Give you an idea of what I mean. So it was nog like there was a whole lot to clean. Anyway, i mentioned another part not cleaned at all, and the person said there was no way to do it and i could try using a big needle to remove the dirt, etc. Yeah right. I don't like drama, so I was ready to move onto the next dirty spot, when i noticed a part of the car missing from the driver side door. I mentioned it and he was like " oh yeah. Probably lost in the vacuum ". He was ready to move on like, oh well too bad, what can we do abt it. Well, sadly that was something i just couldn't let slide. I forgot abt all the remaining dirty spots (and there were a lot) and said, "you might wanna go check and find it then. I kinda wan'a have that part back in my car. " He came back saying he couldn't find it, the manager said he'll look more for it after the day is over and also asked for my name and phone # so they can call me back by Sunday whether or not they find it. I asked what the next step will be in case they didn't find it because i drove almost 1 hr there and don't wanna be doing this back and forth. I need a plan A and a plan B. He went back to ask and said in that case I can order another one an bring a copy of the receipt to get a refund. I left after leaving my contacts info, parked at one of those areas customers can clean they cars themselves. I spent another hour cleaning the car. And easily removed all the dirty spots left behind, even the one the worker claimed i needed a needle for. All i had to do was use the little air gun thingy attached to a blue cord. If they have camera installed, they'll probably see me cleaning my car all over again for over an hr after a $35 cleaning. Smh. Anyway, Monday, still no call. I waited since it was Memorial Day. Tuesday afternoon i call with no response and left a detailed voicemail requesting a fall back. No call back ofc. Call back the next announcing I'll be taking an afternoon off the following Monday to stop by with the receipt of the part I'll be ordering as discussed. The worker said it was fine. I stopped by earlier today (following Monday, explained my expectations to the manager and gave him a copy of the receipt). He agreed to pay me back for the $19 the part cost me. I bought a used one online. The manager paid me back without hesitation. I beleive his name is Jody. Ofc I'll not be going back again. The whole experience since 5/29 till ealier thid morning was a 0 star; and the 2 stars I ended up giving are all for that manager I met when I stopped here today (6/7/2020 around 5:50pm). To start, I must confess I am fanatical about a clean car. Call it OCD or just a left over from my past career but I probably detail my car inside and out at least three or more times a week. So, when it comes to car washes I am probably their most rigorous customer. I used Premium Car Wash and numerous others all several times when moving to Dawsonville. I also tried washes in Cumming, Gainesville and places in between. Without a doubt Premium Car Wash earned my business and I signed up for their monthly wash club which for me is a great value for only $29.99 per month as compared to their best wash priced at $20.00 per wash. The tunnel wash does an excellent job on my car, I might be able to do slightly better when it comes to tree sap or road tar on the finish doing a hand wash, buffing and wax but then it is not going to be done in three minutes with me sitting inside my car either. I do the premium wash which includes the wash, wax and tires but for the $10.00 per month over the basic wash it is a no brainer. (Oh, wait, that might be one of their logo signs when you enter lol, who says advertising doesn't work?) Staffing, I am used to going to tunnel washes that had one or two maybe people working at any given time on a good day. These guys have more staff than your average Walmart. Seriously, I went to the local Walmart to inquire about an oil change and was second in line and it took 15 minutes before a guy came out and asked "you need something?" Once you pull out of the tunnel wash and drive up the the vacuum's there is always somebody wiping down the chrome, bumpers, windows and tires. That's at the self serve islands. Oh, and the vacuum's are FREE and there is not time limit like the previous monthly place I went to the had a 5 minute limit. Overall, I have to say Premium Car Wash in Dawsonville has continually earned my business each month. I would highly recommend them if you enjoy a clean car. read more

This car wash is hit or miss on a good day. Some days the car wash itself is broken down. There are no signs you just drive around, it's deserted, so you leave. Other days you get there, pull through and smiling faces are there to greet you. They pay attention and actually do the bug prep and brush the windshield. I tip these people. Today was not one of those days for good service. The two boys who were manning the car wash couldn't put down their phones or open their eyes to even prep the car to be washed. I pulled through to wipe down my car. No clean towels. Most stations don't even have glass cleaner. This is at 3 pm in the afternoon. I'm going over to the new one! read more

This has been my go to car wash place for awhile now. I have washed all of our cars here and each time they do a fantastic job. I love that I have the choice of full service or just run her thru and vacuum myself. I have to say every time I have had them clean the interior they do an awesome job. The staff obviously prides themselves in cleaning every detail of the car. I have gone to the other side and cleaned the inside myself thinking I would do a good job. Nope. My car cleaning sucks compared to theirs and I'm a clean freak. Come here to sit in a rocking chair and watch them make your car sparkle. read more

Got straight up ripped off here tonight. Showed up at 6:17. Paid for the "Manager's Special," which the screen said included "everything." Got thru the wash and pulled up to the detailing area. Was told they stop doing interiors at 6. No signs anywhere saying this. Their website and facebook page say they do interiors until 7. The whole point of going there was to get the interior done. If I had only wanted the exterior done I could have gone to the place around the corner and 6 bucks instead of 24. When I complained the kid said that the manager "just left." And the kicker? When I got home I noticed that the exterior wasn't even clean. Straight rip off. read more

I will not use another car wash. Todd the mgr is very kind and professional. Depending on when you go for a clean, the wait time is great. You shouldn't complain about wait time if you go Saturday afternoon. I like the free helper that goes around to help wipe down the vehicles. That's a great benefit and service. I've used this card wash 4 times. This car wash is mediocre at best. The first time I used them I purchased a premium wash it with interior and when I received my vehicle back it was as if they had not even touched it with a towel. They literally had to redo the entire wash the other two times I had to completely babysit the people doing it in order for me to receive a halfway decent dry and clean. This last time was decent however they didn't touch the Chrome they didn't touch the door jams they didn't touch the wheel wells. It's the last time I use them. My advice to you is if you use this car wash to meticulously go through it after they complete their process otherwise you'll get ripped off because you won't receive your money's worth. Brought my new truck for it's first was today. Sat and watched the disgruntled employee at the entrance to the wash tunnel throw the pre-wash wands and brooms around. Watched him spit right in front of my truck. Once I pulled forward, he went to take off my antenna with a crescent wrench. Obviously he wasn't adept at it and I could see him stripping the hex...not too mention it was tic king him off more than he already was. I went through the wash and straight to a manager to show him the damage his guy did (see pics). The manager advised me that he had multiple signs stating that they aren't responsible for damage and told me they would have preferred me to take it off. I was not asked to remove it, his awesome employee went straight to it. I asked for my money back and told him I didn't trust them to touch my truck any further. He obliged and said have nice day, obviously didn't care one bit that his guy neglectfully damaged the antenna. I know, it's just the antenna, but it is my new truck and try to imagine what other damage they could do with the attitude of "we aren't responsible". I won't be back and I don't think you should either. I know stuff happens, but refusal to do anything except send me on my way is ridiculous. read more

Less than average. Car still had visible dirt on it and debris on the carpets. "Manager's Special" is what I always get. The last 3 times I've been here have been disappointing at best. I never have anyone touch it up after they're done. However, it was so blatantly obvious how bad the job was, I HAD to say something. He had to redo most of it. Yet when I got home you could still see dirt in lots of places because they were careless. I think that sums it up. They just don't care. I won't return. read more

On Friday, August 17, I had a full service clean done on my truck. I mistakenly left my gold wedding band in an open cubby on top of my console along with several dollars in quarters and other coins of interest. All of this was missing when I returned to my home. As soon as I realized, I called the manager and informed him they were either sucked up by the vacuum or picked by an employee. The manager took my number and refused to tell me anything else about the search for these items. I was told if they find the ring, they would call me. Otherwise, goodbye. After several days, no followup whatsoever. So that is their concern for a customer's valuables, including my 20 year old wedding ring. Police report has been filed, but there is little else that I can do. Shame on me for leaving the item in the console, but the owners and managers of this establishment showed little regard for my valuables and, frankly, a heartless attitude. Keep your eyes on your own coins and items of value. Of course, I will not return. read more

I have been to this wash several times over the years and it gets worse every time. This visit was my first in a while and the first time with my Camaro. I splurged and went for the $39 "Managers Special". The end result was just another horrible wash and a less than plesent conversation with the "Manager". They spent about 7 minutes cleaning the car after the tunnel wash and it looked like it. The extra spend on the was was supposed to get the car more attention...supposed to. Seems more spend doesn't equal better services. None of the extras were done. When. I called it out to the attendant he was almost appalled. I went to ask for a refund for the services not rendered and all.i got was a "NO, we have already put the labor and time in and can't refund it. You can leave a comment on our web page...blah blah blah..." All I can say is you would be better off running your car up and down 400 in the rain than taking it to this wash. I will let the credit card company get my money back. read more

Terrible place! The other reviews about them damaging cars are absolutely correct. Took a car in there to have it detailed. I thought they did hand wash and left it there. When I came back to pick it up it looked great, or so I thought. Got in, drove out and noticed a HUGE scrape in the center of the windshield from top to bottom! Turned around, went back and spoke to the manager. Manager said that while they do use a machine wash, there was "no way his machine could have caused it, I must have brought it in like that". He said the same thing as another review "your word against mine and we're not going to get your car fixed". read more

I am a Fast Pass Customer and go to the car wash at least once per week. I love them! The staff is welcoming, kind and works to please. They do a fantastic job. REALLY?? Had my afternoon of shopping ruined yesterday by these neanderthals. We opted for the exterior wash only. After we entered the wash and the brushes began to whir along the front doors of our SUV we felt a "thud" and the roller that moves the vehicle through automatically suddenly shut down. So we figured someone would fix it and we would move through. Nope. Five minutes went by. Now I was starting to freak. So we blew the horn. MANY times. Finally, after what seemed a lifetime, some guy came wandering over from the other side and stopped the thing. And no one would take any responsibility. They all acted like we were just a terrible inconvenience. So now we are missing a mirror on the driver's side and there is damage to the passenger side door. The people at this car wash took great care of my car Lily. I had the interior and exterior done and I was highly pleased with how it turned out. The employees were constantly working whether it was on my car or others. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed my time. my grandad let me borrow his Ford ranger for a hot minute and you know you wanna give things back better than you found them so I got his ranger done here with the manager special and for the price I believe they did an excellent job taking care of the interior and exterior granted that it wasn't really bad to begin with but they took the notch from good to great. I just got my car back from the shop and decided to treat my own car here plus an extra interior clean and I'm impressed once again. I'm happy with the service I had done today. The prices are fair and my car looks really nice inside and out. After they finished, I asked one of the guys if he had anything to get some dirt from my mountain bike handle off the roof of my car. He explained they usually don't touch the top b/c they don't want to take off adhesive but he'd do the best he could. He was very nice about it. A man, I imagine to be the owner, came out and looked it over and even pointed out an area I didn't see that could use extra TLC. I'll definitely be back! read more
