First let me say the two young men I spoke to were very nice so they are not to blame for me writing this review. My disappointment came when I paid $25 for a car wash. I've used this facility on multiple occasions and have never had an issue. I parked my car to be cleaned inside and was asked if I wanted to pay for the interior. WHAT? Didn't I just pay for that?! He said no it's no longer included. The interior cleaning is an additional $15. Granted it's been a few months since I've used a car wash but I had no idea this was the new normal. I will still tip the guys that are cleaning the interior but I'll do my research and find a place that doesn't feel like I've been scammed.

My main grievance is the business, without warning, took away all the towels and window cleaners and then raised their rates pretty dramatically. What cost me $19.99 a month jumped to $26.99. So after using this place for about 10 years I cancelled my month to month and have taken my business elsewhere.

When I saw my car still sitting in the parking lot at 10 am I went to the desk and asked for the reason it still hadn't been seen an hour after the appointment time. The woman said they didn't have the tires that were listed on the website. She looked at the computer and said their inventory said the tires were there but they couldn't find them. She offered some Mavis tires. I've had good luck with those and agreed. At 10:30 my car was still sitting in the parking lot. She told me they couldn't find the Mavis tires and offered a brand I've never heard of. I told her I would go to the store in Cumming who confirmed they had the tires. I told her when I arrived the tires should have been set aside to make sure the work could be done. If not, they could let me know so I could reschedule without having to wait. A 9am appointment should mean work will start around 9am, not an hour and a half later. At the very least, I should be given an apology which never happened. I would give them one star but I have had good service in the prior year so I didn't think the store deserved an overall one star. This store needs to be better organized and remind workers courtesy is important.
