0 rating I reported damage to my vehicle, the mgr. said it was not visible upon exiting the car wash, their video is very grainy, there was a gal milk jug inside of wash area and debris, Now I have a permanent scratch on the roof of my car, the least you could have done was offer to buff it out, but I feel it is not professionally ran, had to call numerous times just to track down a manager...Beware!!!! read more

Very helpful!! I had a vomit incident in my rear passenger seat that ended up outside of the car and inside. The receptionist was very helpful when I called and reassured me my car was in the best care possible. The detail manager was very helpful and ensured all the vomit would be removed. The price was reasonable given how detailed they were. It took maybe 2 hours which isn't bad especially since I was a walk-in. There are plenty of restaurants to hangout at nearby to pass the time. Everything was cleaned from in the inside windows to the door jams!! The car smelt so clean afterwards like it was brand new! It looks like it never happened!! My daughter went to this car wash and she was met with the rudest behavior from THE MANAGER of all people. He told her to "Get the f#%* off of his property," threatened to call the authorities if she didn't leave while at the same time physically blocking her from leaving. She asked for the corporate number, and he refused to give it to her. This was all because she was vacuuming her car before she washed her car. When asked if there was a sign posted, his response was, "You don't wash your hands before you sh%t" Mr. Ken Miller is a rude and horrible excuse of a human. Two weeks ago I got a new to me, 2020 GMC Sierra Denali. Gorgeous truck, a few little scratches here and there. Hey it's a used truck, that's to be expected and it gives it a bit of character. The gentleman was having a difficult time removing my antenna, he couldn't loosen it with his hands. He could not find the wrench to loosen it, a bearded gentleman eventually helped him locate it. The guy visibly frustrated, began to loosen the antenna and in the process scratched the hell out of that area around the antenna. If they have this kind of disrespect to the customer and their property why would you ever trust them with your beloved vehicle. A $70,000.00 truck and this is what I get? I'm pissed and probably should have addressed it there, honestly I was pressed for time and didn't have the time to go to jail...... read more

I have gone to this location for convenience, and I dont know why I keep going back.....but this is the LAST time!!! Sometimes the rotating brushes are not working on both sides, and it has happened more than once. But today was the last straw!!! I paid for the $45 service which includes vacuuming and a wipe down of the interior and leather seats. I watched the two detailers the whole time and they were just going through the motions. When they were finished, I looked inside the car and VERY visible dirt was on the front seat headrests from my dogs. I asked the man to clean it better and he just half-assed it with no effort at all. He said wipe down is different than cleaning. Really??? Not in my book! Not for $45! I am 63 years old and went home and cleaned the seats myself! I just used a leather wipe and it came off easily. I think they just use water for cleaning without any elbow grease to make it clean! Really disappointed in their service. They probably want me to get the $100 service to be happy. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN........at least at your business. I will go elsewhere from now on. I went there this morning. Prior to this I went there 2 days ago and followed up with a call. This place whoever it was said to come back at 8am and quoted me $250+ I went there this morning 12.20.23 after confirming this 2-3 times and sure enough the place said I have to wait until after 9 to have this car detailed. A place that over promises and doesn't deliver is a good sign to not go there. read more

Had my Dodge Challenger 50th aniversary vehicle detailed with Ceramic coating. Been working with Chad to get this done, and the crew did not dissapoint. They did a blow out fantastic job and the car looked even better than when i bought it with 3 miles on it!!!!!. I spent 20 minutes just looking at it with amazement!. BEWARE!!!! WORST CAR WASH OUT THERE- STAY AWAY If I can give this the Lawrenceville Mr Clean anything lower than a 0 - I would. NEVER AGAIN to any Mr Clean!! When I went in the first time, I was only planning to just get a wash, wipe inside and outside but the employee suggested to me that there is an Platinum unlimited 1st month $27 instead of the regular $44.95 and I asked if they will wipe the outside as well and he said YES!!! and if I want the inside cleaned, I can go into the office and pay $20 - so I agreed. Once the car went through the automated wash, I drove to the Blue tent area and left the car to go into the office area to pay the $20 and inside I double checked with the cashier that the Platinum Unlimited and was informed the same thing the employee outside told me then once completed I tipped the employees that wiped down the inside and outside. 10 days later, I went back to Mr Clean to get my car wash, I went through the automated wash then drove to the Blue tent area to have my car wiped down but the manager Ken Miller came to me even though there was 5/6 other cars there and approach me. He told me the Platinum Unlimited does not cover an outside wipe down!! I told him that, it was not why I was told when I signed up then he said to me that he is the manager and he is telling me that the Platinum Plan does not cover a outside wipe down. He told me that an outside wipe down cost $10 and he said I could save $10 by wiping it down myself - it's easy (his exact words). Firstly, I strongly believed I was profiled out of 5/6 cars he came to me. He was not pleasant to talk to. Secondly, if a Platinum Clean does not get an outside wipe even though it is the top of the line wash then it's not worth going there for a car wash. NOT ONLY THE WASH WAS UNSATISFACTORY BUT DEALING WITH THE MANAGER KEN MILLER AND ON TOP OF THAT WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN - THIS IS NOT THE CAR WASH TO GO BACK TO. Worst of all, manager Ken Miller was terrible but the Director of Mr. Clean Car Wash for the Georgia Market, David Hernandez was just as rude. read more

He stood next to my car waiting for to open my car and when I open the door to see what he wanted he shooed me away with his finger. The disrespect was not ok. Honestly had high hopes for this Mr clean. I bought the platinum wash and expected my car to be clean AF. I guess that's my fault. I initially wanted to just get a wash and vacuum the inside so that when I go on a road trip for the holidays, my car is in great shape. But there was a man who convinced me that they would do an excellent job. And for $36, I believed it too. Lesson learned. I won't be wasting my money here again, and you shouldn't either. read more

I have come to this establishment and utilized their services for several of my vehicles throughout the years and so giving this place a review so long overdue! The staff here is very informative, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service. The cleanliness of this establishment in and outside of their building, the organization, even down to the cleanliness of the restrooms! The restrooms smelled amazing by the way! The interior decor was exceptional and had a "welcome to the south" country style feel to it! It is coated conveniently within walking distance for both locals and anyone traveling in town for their is a wonderful hotel located across the street, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. They even have a Jiffy lube in conjunction with their establishment and have ongoing offers that rewards you with the convenience and discount of getting service from both providers! I have always loved Mr. Clean products in general and having a car wash and it be as detailed and coordinated with the staff and the hospitality they offer with customer service, comfortable seating inside and outside, merchandise and products sold inside, including snacks and beverages! Lawrenceville location damaged my car. Talked to 3 managers. They did not want to take responsibility nor refund my $300 dollars. Beware!

We took 2 cars in for detailing "pick2". One car had a full detailing treatment ( door, dash, and console) not done and the other a employee said " the carpet looks fine in the trunk and doesn't need shampooing". After more time of completing the door, console, and dash the doors had been left open so long that the car would not crank. The car had just been at the Subaru dealership that day for a 30,000 mile service and the battery was checked as part of their screening and deemed "good". It was driven directly to the car wash without incident. My son was told to bring the 2nd car back the following day for a " redo" due to the quality provided. The owners ( my son and wife) live in Carrollton and were not able to come back. They provided payment prior to service and a nice tip. The Subaru was jump stated at the carwash and proceeded to need more jump starts later that weekend. I called and spoke with the General Manager Ken who began the conversation defensive and speaking over me. I had already sent an email so he knew the issue. He told me that leaving the doors open for a prolonged period had nothing to do with the battery and it was a "coincidence ". Come to find out he was the person that was tipped. I then called the Regional Manager who seemed to know what I was calling about and proceed to school me on batteries and stated they would have redone the car had it been brought back. I again explained that was not an option. He provided the Director of Operations contact. At this point I have wasted so much time jumping off the car, sending emails , and being rudely spoken to by 2 managers that could care less about customer service. I will just warn everyone I know. My family has used this car wash since it was Carnettes. I have never complained. DO NOT GO HERE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR SERVICE! * Since posting this review the Director of Operations has contacted me and has been very kind and helpful in addressing my complaints. read more

Wow this place has really changed over the years. So not only do they charge more for a car wash and cleaning the inside of which is a $16 difference might I add. The service is by far under par. This place is fucking ridiculous, paid for supposedly the best wash so called "platinum"! I got my car back the back seat were not clean at all! The side windows were not wiped down! I took my 2021 Tahoe with Weathertec matts to have the inside cleaned, (Dash wiped down and inside windows wiped clean). It didn't need much. I looked outside and saw they were trying to move my vehicle and jump it off as they said it wouldn't start. They tried for about two hours and even in trying to jump it off even put the positive cable on the wrong post and arched the battery they were using to jump it off. All this time Ken the GM was watching. We never could get it started so I had to call a towing service and have it towed to my Chevy dealership. They had to keep it over the weekend as it was Friday afternoon when we finally got it to the dealership. The towing bill was $185. The dealership called me Monday morning and told me it was something stupid that had happened and the person that took the matt out at the car wash installed the hard weathertec matts under the brake pedal but over the top of the gas pedal. Come to find out the vehicle will not start with the gas pedal engaged to protect the engine against high revving. I took the receipt of the towing bill and the service report form Maxie Price Chevrolet to the GM (Ken)on Monday. He said he would forward it to his Director of Operations and see what they say. I waited the whole week and I got back in touch with Ken on Friday. He proceeded to tell me he didn't want to escalate this any further up the ladder because it would make him, and his people look bad. He offered me a $650 Ceramic coating or a $350 detail job in place of getting me paid back my $185 for the towing (again so people above him would not hear about the incompetence of he and his staff). I told him I would see him on Saturday, and we would work it out. I went their today and talked to him and we couldn't work anything out. He said because he said his people denied moving the matt he said, "who am I to believe my people who I work with or a guy that doesn't want to pay his towing bill (WHO ELSE WOULD MOVE THE MATT THEY SNAP IN AND ARE LASER CUT AND DO NOT MOVE ON THEIR OWN )That infuriated me as I already paid my towing bill, and I would not have a towing bill had not his people removed the matt and installed it back incorrectly on top of the gas pedal. This is totally Mr. Clean Car Washes fault and I want to be reimbursed for the $185 (not to mention I, lost 4.5 hours of work that afternoon) I have also called David Hernandez the Director of Ops as AN EMPLOYEE at this location gave me his number and said I was treated terrible, and David should here about it. I have a $39 a monthly membership and use several of your car washes locally for a couple of years now. Several of my family members have monthy memberships as well. This was very disappointing, and I hope this will be resolved quickly. read more

I've recently moved to the area and I was looking for a Carwash to buy a membership at and after visiting this one I decided to buy a membership here. The service is always great I've never had any issues and they have great amenities. You can choose to have someone detail your car for you or you can diy. They also have air hoses to help you dry off your vehicle I love this location it's very nice. read more
