I have been patient about my damage claim. They assure me it will be taken care of because I went back to the car wash and reminded them it's been since May 15th 2025. The incident center never returns my calls. It is not unusual to get caught In the wash if it malfunctions. I know the day it happened May 15th/ 25. I am seeking corporate headquarters next. I just had to worst customer service experience ever at this car wash. Christopher the kiosk attendant was awesome but the car wash failed to clean the car well. The water that drained down the back of the car left black dirt lines all over the back. I approached the manager Austin and asked if they did a second wash if the first was did not work and he said no which would have been fine but unfortunately he went on the say that he told me that I needed to buy the higher priced option because the car was extra dirty. This is where my issue lies. I did not speak to Austin before this moment. We were almost in the tunnel, he was spraying the outside of the car and at no point did I roll my window down and have an actual verbal conversation with Austin. It simply did not happen but he continued to insist that it did and that "had you purchased to the higher priced option" it would have covered this. The flat out untruth and his total disregard for my concerns was the worst example of customer service ever. My wife can confirm that we did not chat with Austin at all upon entering the tunnel. Had we, we might have opted for the higher priced package. I get that these machines are not perfect and I agree that our car was extra dirty so that's not the problem. It's the moment with Austin that complete left us feelings like we did not matter. Worst feeling in the world after simply asking a question. I would hope that this is not how this establishment treats their customers. read more

Company has accepted full responsibility and I have jumped through their hoops and signed all the paperwork over 2 months ago however have still not recieved reimbursement. The manager Shawn has repeatedly failed to answer text messages and emails. The ONLY time I hear from her is when I make noise via their customer service number or online review. An apology for poor customer service and communication is empty when the behavior continues to be repeated. They caused over $2k in damage to my vehicle which has not been resolved. UPDATE DAY FOLLOWING REVIEW/INCIDENT: Their corporate team reached out this morning (day after the incident) acknowledged there was a hiccup in how it was handled yesterday and is working to rectify things. ORIGINAL REVIEW 2/13/2024: I have had a monthly membership here for several months and while it's not the best, the wash is as expected for the price. I'm writing this review following damage to my vehicle directly caused by their equipment and attendant today. Unfortunately today the attendants overloaded the conveyor - 4 vehicles were in the wash at once. I have never seen more than 2 in at a time previously and I go here weekly. Vehicles are usually well spaced out but they were craming them in today. This resulted in a literal pile-up inside the wash and multiple vehicles collided. Whether the first vehicle didn't clear the conveyor or the actual machine had an issue, they had the vehicles loaded in too tight. My vehicle was bounced back and forth between another car and a truck. The attendent shut down the wash and forced us to all drive out of the tunnel even though one of the spinning brushes was in the way. I repeatedly told him "no it will scratch my car" and the attendant insisted we had to pull forward as it was. The stationary spinner brush scratched up the side pannels of my car doing more damage than the actual collision which just left a small ding in the front bumper. Look, accidents happen. Its not that this happened...its the customer service since...reading all the other reviews on here it is becoming clear this is a recurring problem. The attendants did NOTHING to address the situation proactively. No one asked if the drivers were okay. No one came to check on the vehicles. I had to run them down to get an incident report filed and have photos of my vehicle taken before leaving. I was informed the location manager would be onsite within 10 minutes of me leaving to review the footage and would contact me that day (I had to leave as I was already late for work). I recieved no call, email, or voicemails. I haven't recieved email confirmation that an incident report was even filed. I texted the supervisor at the number I got from the attendant several hours later only to recieve a response of "I will be going through the video on Thursday, and I will call you then". This happened early afternoon on a Tuesday. ...I hope I can update this review to a more positive one based upon their response in addressing the damage to my vehicle. I bought a membership here. I pay $10.00 dollars for the first level of membership. It's for the basic wash and unlimited times a month. They use to supply towels and windex. Due to covid they said that they can't supply the towels any more. Nothing special. I wish they had a location closer to my home. The wash gets your car decently clean. read more

My car was ran through the wash and still had dirt debris all around the car. Not to mention my tires were splashed with water. No care taken. For what it is, it's pretty good. You pay a set amount then go through wash. You get free towel to dry up the car. You might be wondering why I am giving three stars. It's probably a common issue with all these automated car washes but you get rubber marks on some random places of the car. The most frustrating stuff is when you get the automated tire wax which is included on anything over $10/mo package. (I have manager's special) After you clean your car, dry it with the towel and drive 5 minutes, your car becomes all black and dirty again. Why? The spray/wax that's used on the tire shine splatters all over the place. I don't know if they should reduce the amount that's being applied to the tires or what but they seriously need to figure something out because I have to go back almost every day to get rid of the black dots on the body panels and have the same thing happen all day long.. Then there is the system of the things. Again, probably a problem at most car wash places. When you pay for certain services and get to the line, you get someone else's service. What I mean by this is, let's say you are in line 1, pay for manager's special, and someone else is in line 2 paying for a basic wash. You make a payment first but the other car go through quicker than you do, the other person will get the manager's special and you'll get the basic wash. Keep the receipt! You can go through the tunnel again to get what you paid for, but it's a hassle non-the-less. Sometimes I just don't have time to go through the tunnel again. (Yes it's like 3 minutes but come one..) Above is the reason the place got 3 stars, I do agree with other reviewers here that this is an excellent value for what you are paying for, though with some caveats. read more

I have been going to Ultra since they opened. They used to do a great job, but they have just gone down hill lately. My car isn't clean after, which is inexcusable when I opt for the more expensive washes. After my experience today, I will never give them my business again. When I pulled up to the Kiosk (self serve) a man greeted me and basically operated the kiosk for me. The whole point of a self serve kiosk is to not waste an employee. Several times I have been bugged to upgrade or they try to upsell me a monthly wash. The big puzzler is why there was an attendant there and not at the entrance to the wash. I waited a good while before someone showed up. Finally, after I honked, they came out of the office. But rather than apologize for the delay, the manager(?) yells at me, and holds up a sign that was way off to the side. If it was important for me to wait, why wasn't the sign front and center where someone could actually see it. I have a choice as to where I take my cars, and I'm sure not going to a place with bad customer service. read more

Okay, let's keep going If you've ever used an automated car wash that pulls your car through the soap tunnel (that's what I call it), then Ultra will be very familiar to you. What sets Ultra apart for me is before your car goes in, they hand out complimentary small towels for you to dry off your car. It's the little things that go a long way for me. The vacuums are all shared, and they will not be as strong if there's a full house, but that's nothing new with any car wash I honestly don't know the prices of a wash, though I do believe you can get a basic for under $4, and add on more bells and whistles from there. Great too, is the fact that should you purchase an unlimited wash deal, you can add on any (or all) of the bells and whistles a la cart style. So if you got the basic unlimited but need your rims did, they got you. Disappointed in my last visit. I have three memberships and have been a customer for over a year. This afternoon the wash ripped off my windshield wiper. Manager made a cursory attempt to find it and then said "'sorry" I guess the adage you get what you pay for is too true. Manager says no recourse since my vehicle is over five years old. Very difficult to cancel the monthly billing and they can't easily pause/credit prior months. Trees fell on my car during Hurricane Zeta in October and my windshield and car roof were crushed. I didn't have my car from Oct-Dec and then could not take it to a high pressure car wash for 2 months to let the paint cure. It was difficult finding a customer service rep that could help, then they could not refund my prior months. I will go down the street to Mr. Clean for my car wash needs. There are two car washes more convenient to me than this one, so I will try those before using this car wash again. read more

I had never been to this car wash before but was in the area so I stopped in. I got the $15 car wash which wasn't exactly worth the $5 up charge. Which is why I am rating 4 stars. I ended up locking my keys in my car while vacuuming it. The attendant, Jeff, was extremely helpful. He assisted me by locating the nearest locksmith and let me use his personal cell to call. He continued to check on me and without my prompting, called them to see how much longer it would be. Excellent customer service from this young man! First and last time. Paid $12 for something that I could have done better at home. The vacuums lacked sufficient power to actually suck up any dirt. I have to go home and use my vacuum to clean my car. They have paper towels instead of cloth to hand dry your car, which Is fine if you don't mind scratching your car. They don't provide window cleaner, or anything to clean the inside of your car. Save your money, not worth it. read more

My car went in fine came out with a hood that looked liked it had been primed and buffed..I was so upset but handled it professionally but was told by the Owner to just wax the scratches out the way he does his old Jeep. I have been a customer of this car wash location for the last couple years. I haven't had any problems so far, until today. It was such a nice day in GA and I made a wrong decision by going to do my car wash today. My driver side rim was ruined with a big deep scratch. The guy who used to help customers moving their cars to the rail, must be sleepy today. He just stared at me and gave me no signal, not until I missed and hit the rail. I should be more carefully. I've been coming here for a few years because the price is $3.99 and up. I'm happy with the results and the ease of being pulled through the wash and driving out within just a few minutes. However, a few months ago, someone went through the wash with a rope in the bed of their truck. That rope got caught on my side mirror and tore it off my car, beat my mirror down the side of my car and the car that was behind me. When they heard the noise, they shut down the car wash to remove the mirror. I have to admit, I was pretty upset, but before I even said anything they had already apologised and admitted fault for the incident. Turns out the owner also has a body shop and he fixed the mirror and dents, no charge of course. With the security knowing if some freak accident were to happen, I proudly go back, because at other car washes they aren't so eager to fix the problem they've caused you. read more

My wife was all the time on me about cleaning her car; time was always an issue but I passed by the location and checked it out. I was pleased in doing so. Now I wash can get her car clean once a week quick, easy on the pocket, and its in a good location. No more French fries and goldfish in the crevices of the back seat from my 2 year old! The vacuum cleaners I THINK are free but I never have that much time to do all of that as I'm always on the run.
