Well, let's get into it. I pulled up for a single car wash, and the employee at the window asked if I wanted a monthly membership. I clearly said NO and told her I only wanted one wash. The next thing I know, a month later, I discover a $42.99 auto-pay charge on my credit card for a membership I never agreed to. I am tired of not getting responses!!! I contacted the store multiple times, asked to speak with a manager, and got nothing but excuses and runarounds. No refund. No accountability. After four separate attempts to resolve the issue, I escalated the matter to the CEO and still received no response, no phone call, and no resolution. From what I've heard, this is not the first time this has happened. Customers should carefully review their statements after visiting this business. To make matters worse, they charge premium prices for a car wash and don't even provide towels for customers to dry their vehicles. Many other car wash businesses offer towels as a basic courtesy. Based on my experience, I would avoid this place and take my business elsewhere. I've had a much better experience with Tommy's Express and would recommend them instead. Horrible place read more

Let me tell for a person that DOES NOT LIKE to wash her car this has changed my mind. From the greeting with Cameron (cashier) my new car wash buddy. To the rolling pull through for your tires. No more squeezing the tire and praying that it doesn't mess something up. All the way to the vacuums a lot, to the five dollar detail kit to the friendly employees walking around, willing to help and let's not forget the free mat washing and molded mat washer that are separate. This is a must if you have one in your area. If you don't go, don't say I didn't warn you. FYI, pricing was great. I used the Fourth of July. Max wash and paid $17 but the normal price I believe was $26.99. read more

Not a fan and won't return. Pros- self operable Spacious on the outside and not crowded so you're able to easily get a spot to vacuum / clean Cons: Doesn't really clean well They want more money for cleaning kit ($5) after for you finish the wash & go to the vacuum station in order to clean the interior of your car. For example , glass cleaner is available but you have to pay for. If I just paid for a car wash, I should be able to access all other materials to finish the job for free. The vacuum suction was too weak, therefore did not properly collect all trash. read more

was told by scenic hwy GA location that I cannot receive a refund for a May charge since it was paused on the app back on February 28th... Basically she's saying I'm being charged for a service for the month of May that I haven't used since Feb 28th nor do I plan on using which I contacted them on May 2nd the moment I was charged and because it was charged at the beginning of May they won't refund my funds even though I haven't gotten a car wash since it was paused through the app On Feb 28th. My car just happen to need a car wash today. I was out taking care of a few errands on a Sunday. I drove by the car wash, and I saw that they were giving out free car washes that day. So I decided to stop in and get a free car wash. The cashier at the counter discuss all their car wash memberships that were available. He also told me that if I was interested, I can sign up by scanning the QR code. The car wash was good. You definitely get a lot of soap. The one thing that I did notice is that they did not have good dryers when I came out my car was still really wet. No worries for me though I carry towels and everything else in my trunk. Overall I will did like the car wash and will consider becoming a member. read more

Newest car wash near my home and they sent out not one but TWO free car washes on a postcard that ended up in my mailbox! Used the 1st one immediately about 2 months ago and I posted a review on Google on the differences between this place, Ultra and Tidal wave so I won't do a repeat on that BUT I do have something to say about the customer service at Tommy's! It is EXCELLENT! the 1st time I went it was a young woman (18-22) and I didn't get her name but she was so sweet and helpful bc I had never been at one like that.... she explained the process with a smile! Today I did get the young man's name which was Mario and he was the BEST... big smile asked how I was doing today.... said he was happy that the rain had stopped so I could get my last free wash bc it expired today 8/31 and he hoped that I would return because he enjoyed people that actually talked with him! I will return just bc of that wonderful young man treating this senior woman so kindly instead of acting like he hated his job and all the ppl that came with it which so many young ppl now days do I'm sorry to say.... he really like his job and you could tell it was sincere! Too be brutally honest the actually washes I would rank in this order Tidal wave #1 at Gwinnet Drive and Grayson hwy by the Burger King (really got my wheels and windows super clean) the manager was a nice guy but the young ppl eh they could care less. Their vacuums are ok and they provide free rags/cleaners for you to use. #2 Tommy's express even though my wash wasn't the best the young ppl working there really made up for it! And I guess bc they are new the vacuums are fantastic but they want to charge for rags, window cleaner etc #3 Ultra at the Corner of Sugarloaf and Lawrenceville hwy is the oldest so maybe that's why the wash or drying wasn't very good didn't even use the vacuums this last time bc my car was so wet I just took off to get it air dried .... they'd get NO STAR for employees except for the one young woman that was trying to do it all while 3 young guys stood around looking bored. I've had free washes at all 3 and I've paid for the $25 wash at all 3....Tidal wave has the ceramic added for that price so my car stays cleaner longer. But again a great smile and engaging conversation goes a long way with me so I'll see you again soon Mario! I hope Tommy's express realizes what an asset you are to them! read more

Wanted to charge $5 for a towel kit, but I only needed one towel or paper towel to dry water spots on window. Worker was argumentative and appeared to think I was being difficult for not pay ONLY $5.00 for a towel at a car wash. I will never come to this place ever again... total scam! read more

Wash station damaged my vehicle and company is refusing to pay for damages. Due to lack of management in whom they fired since the time of the incident. The manager at the time who took the photos of the damage failed to stay in contact with me months ago who already knew the claim was denied. The car wash ripped off my wiper blade and nearly cracked my rear window. The arm is risen and popped out of the motor socket so now it squeaks and does not have even pressure when it sweeps. As told, I can not appeal since management feels no damage was done due to lack of articulate photos taken from the manager day of incident. The wash itself does a mediocre job. It looks great with pretty rainbow colors but the automated car wash doesn't remove all of the pollen and grime from your car, even on areas like the hood and after several washes. The tire cleaner refresher gets a little more than half the tire's surface. They also let you manually take down antennas and fold back mirrors. But the real problem begins if you have a billing issue. They were unable or unwilling to correct an obvious mistake. On top of that the manager spent 10 minutes trying to upsell me and ignored the error I was trying to convey. But it gets worse. Customer service doesn't answer the phones, doesn't return calls and doesn't respond to problem tickets. I will and would avoid them. There are other car washes everywhere. read more

Less than impressed with the staff, their staff talks in circles and no one appears to have a clue. It's really not that they're wrong, it's the arrogance and as others have stated customer service simply doesn't exist. I think people are becoming aware, I enjoy driving by and NOT seeing customers. The manager was very rude when I disputed a premium car wash and noticed that it did not clean sufficiently. After bringing this up with the manager, they disregarded me and told me to "stop telling me how to do my job." Very unhappy with how they dealt with this matter. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! First of all the staff is absolutely lazy. I was waiting for the cashier for over 5 minutes, I had yo honk the horn several times before someone would come to help. I bough the $ 24.00 wash. The most expensive and didn't even get the tire shine on tires. And they tried to say I did, I had to re-wash the truck to get the tire shine, the mat washer is not even in service, I thought I give them a try since is the new car wash in town, but I'll stick with the old one. Top notch car wash. I love the membership, I get to go everyday if I wanted. Not having a pre-wash station says how confident they are in getting the bugs off. Always sparkling clean! I wash a couple times a week and use the free vacuums usually once every couple weeks. Love the Tommy's washes! read more
