The worst "business" ever. I dropped off mi water dammaged Ipad to them, explained it took a plunge and told him no rush. Two weeks later I go to check on it and the door is locked. I called the number and went straight to voice mail. I called again hoping to get hours of operation and no luck. I looked at the website and saw mon-fri 9-6. So I called a third time, as I was there on a lunch break,once again voice mail, clearly on a cell phone. I waited 5 min and called a 4th time. What happened next is unbelieveable. I was litterally cursed out and told "WE DONT REVOLVE AROUND OUR CUSTOMERS" I have a taped conversation of the entire thing. A 4min and 13 second tirant from this hateful arrogant man. He told me they leave whenever they want and they need not leave a posting on the door. He then left my ipad 7 hrs later at his "corporate office" whisch was his appt build. The best part of this is that when I dropped it off he told me it may be around 300$ I was actually good with that. After i picked it up I took it to the apple store, where I immediately recieved a new replacement for 200$. Apple does this with all Apple products. Its called an out of warranty replacement. AMAZING! Im quite sure he knew this and if not its another reason not to trust these horrible people. This is a shade tree opperation top to bottom. I would love to share the audio file with the public. I will soon enough spread the word via signs and advertisements. If I have to spend money to make sure nobody goes there then I will feel better. My laptop stopped charging when plugged in so I took it in to Greg to see what could be done. He ordered a new DC-IN jack and replaced it very promptly. He also cleaned the interior and made sure that everything else was in good shape and working correctly. His work was top-notch and expedient and I've had no problems since. I also just want to remark on how delightful Greg is. Seldom do you find someone who will maintain such good correspondence. Whether you prefer to be contacted via voicemail or text, he will keep you in the know using your preferred method of contact. He made sure to contact me every step of the way to keep me updated on the progress of the repair, and each time was a genuine pleasure. He's a funny, smart dude, absolutely great to chat with. The final thing I wanted to mention is that you have the option of picking up your repaired computer 24/7. If you ask him to he can leave it for you at his administrative business office which is also on South Lamar (across the street from the Zachary Scott theater, so pretty close to his office) and this location is a mixed use building with an ever-present attendant. Greg is excellent. Hands down the best computer guy I know. As my gramps would say, "the mostest of the bestest!" Supreme! Greg unlocked my very old AT&T LG phone. It ended up being an unlock mission that had to be timed perfectly, and if unlocked incorrectly, could have been locked permanently by the manufacturer. With the patience of a Martial Arts master, the spunk of a geek, and the creativity of a curious child, Greg launched into my phone. This is one of the most knowledgable repair and service techs I have been able to talk to. Father taking my broker iPhone in being told from next door its no good and I have to get a new one . Mr computer him self toke it through what he said would be a hour process and completed it in 47 mins. My iPhone can now make its own hotspots, it's now permentally unlocked, and now accepts any carrier, improved speed and GPS and text, and now accepts all new updates. Mr computer not only knows what he's doing but actually shows you and explains throughout the process it's self. Great I recommend this service to anyone not looking to get ripped off. Greg was incredible to work with both for great professional service as well as personally caring about my situation and needs . He went beyond the call of duty when he offered to drive down to his office and meet me on a Sunday morning, which is his 1 day off. I have been using Greg to repair and rid viruses etc. from my computer for over 5 years. I have never had an issue except he is so busy one has to get in line. As a Professional Engineer sometimes it can be a bit of an inconvenience but when one wants it done right by one of the best you have to sometimes wait. He is very thorough. I called to check if anyone was in and gave a projected time of my arrival to make sure someone was there. It took a minute to find cause it was upstairs (part of the office suites) of the block. I had a relatively new LG laptop (rare) that was coming apart, and called Mr. Computer in the morning as I was leaving town the next afternoon and I needed it fixed. The guy is good, fast, through. I had a problem. He diagnosed the problem the first day and fixed the problem the second. He updated everything and did a bit of straightening up, too. He paid extra attention to details like updates and antivirus software. He spend time with me suggesting what I can do in the future to recover from a future problem.
