I rushed to get to the store before closing arriving right…read morebefore 9pm, there was still one customer in the store, as I was rushing to the door some white lady "I guess the manager" started yelling at me and literally slammed the door in my face! I proceed to ask her through the window, if she could just help me do a quick return (and I had a receipt), because she saw me coming and the other customer just walked out. She got extremely angry and grabbed the metal pole and pulled down the metal gate slamming yet another loud bang of a gate this time in my face. Never have I ever had a door slammed in my face my entire life! I never expected it from a long time a local sporting goods store. It's really sad if she's the manager and the experience she brings to an establishment. She could have been nice about it, even if it was 9:01pm no one deserves to be treated that way.

I explained to Gabriella that I had placed my order at 6:33pm and although their email order confirmation says I can cancel my order within the hour, it did not let me. So, I called the store at 7:08pm and they said to come in and they could cancel it in the store. Unfortunately this is NOT what happened. Instead I was charged a second time. When I called and spoke w Gabrielle the next day, she said to not worry to wait 5-7 days for the refund to go back to the original form of payment. Well today is 7 days later and there's no pending credit or refund back to my card and only shows the two charges on my card. So I called the store back and asked to speak w a manager but since she was not in I spoke w Emily, the assistant store manager and she said that Gabrielle was not in and to call their customer service number at 1-844-362-4422. I called their customer service number and they were unable to help. They said they would take a message and someone from their online escalation dept would call me back within 24 hours. Luckily I can and will be disputing the duplicate charges with my credit card. They charged me a total of $371.46 for a pair of shoes. It sucks bc I spoke to their staff and thought they were good people and I empathized w Gabrielle's story about how some people have come in and stolen from their store before but in all honesty I can see why they do that if this is how they treat honest hard working paying customers. In short my only hope at this point is to dispute all Hibbett's charges with my credit card company and I hope that Citibank is able to refund me the disputed funds. Such a shame. I expected more from this store and its workers but just beware that they'll charge you twice and won't even blink twice with no conscious or consideration of what your situation might be. Do NOT shop here. Go elsewhere. Buyer beware!!!

We weren't sure what kind of bike pump we needed, but one of the staff members helpfully explained what different kinds of tire valves, etc. We settled on a pump with an adapter so we can use it on any kind of valve. I also saw they carry some of the latest Hoka shoes. I'll definitely be back when I need shoes.

Since prices are the same across all Walmarts in NorCal, I'm going to rate this based on aesthetics and in-store experiences. This is one of the first Walmart Markets to get the early-2020s airport-style "Time Well Spent" remodeling package, but specialized for smaller stores with the overhead signs made of horizontal foam boards instead of the vertical metal ones and less detailed backgrounds. The store looks much brighter and more inviting than it was before and it looks cleaner as well. I find the selection of groceries here larger than other WMNMs which is a plus, and it seems they are well stocked at most times. However, the area is a magnet for crime, I've seen cars being bipped, and there are seedy people hanging around at all times.

I went around to dealerships all over the Bay…read more I looked at a few 2008/10 Hyundai Elantra's, and they were all around $6000+ and I would have had to finance. The car salespeople were all very aggressive and tried to pressure me. I decided to check craigslist which is how I found The Scooter King. I am so glad I did. From the start, he did not pressure me at all. As I woman I appreciated and respected that. I test drove the car and I really liked it. From there he was happy to facetime my mechanic. This car was listed at $4200 and it is a nicer model by far then the ones I had looked at. My mechanic wanted to talk him down a little because the car is older. That is when he told us that was the walking price, and that he would mail me my pink slip (the pink slip arrived accordingly) AMAZING. The next day, I got the check ready but realized that I could not get to the shop to pick up my new car. I asked him if he could drop it off to me in Berkeley (he is located in Vallejo). He was happy to help. He was busy so his very sweet wife dropped it off for me. Great customer service. Literally going the extra miles. Overall from start to finish, The Scooter King simplified the car buying process! Thank you very much Lee! You rock.

I usually come to pick up an online order, try on and look over my new shoes, and leave with a huge smile on my face. See: like a kid in a candy store. :) The staff here are always courteous, greets me when I enter the store, and helpful if I have questions or need to place an online order. The store is clean and a nice sized location. Needless to say, I'll be back ...what girl doesn't love new shoes. Plus, I'm always earning rewards, which keeps me coming back. I received an email on 12/14/25, stating that there was a delay in processing my order. I tried canceling on the app but was unable. I called in on the 16th to try and cancel and they claimed that the item was processing and that it could not be canceled even though it had not shipped. I informed that I had to buy another pair of shoes and that they were wasting their money and my time, because I was planning on returning the shoes. They kept apologizing for my inconvenience and saying that they understand. I told them that the customer service is received was poor and that I will not be patronizing their store in the future and will let the public know.
