It still is not fixed and you have to. Run around calling people for the next six months, which is difficult. no one ever knows what is happening. And you can't speak to anyone except a mechanic, and then the person who fixed it and then a manager, it's ridiculous. they also seem to charge three times as much as anyone else, which, for a saltwater self cleaning pole, it's crazy. things are still broken on my pool, and I am still waiting for them to call me.

there was a time, after I had to release two team members (2023 summer) that we were not able to faithfully visit our pools regularly... I sincerely apologize to our previous clients and I appreciate a good redemption story! communication should have been better. Most clients were informed however not all. We lost about 100 pools off our weekly route. since then, I've I have received my contractor's license and renews insurance and and accounting software. if you're reading this, please note that this y.el:p's biased and largely dependent on companies who pay to remove negative reviews, which seems to be all you get to see. call, you'll not be disappointed read more

Robert Ritch is incompetent and should not be in the pool service business.

Before G&J, I had so many issues with my previous pool services. I have also used G&J Pool Repairs to fix a lighting issue that 2 previous providers could not fix.
