My family also really liked their items. Our teenage son has a big appetite and enjoyed his BYO plate so much that he ordered another one to-go. Even writing this review, it hurts to look at the picture on their webpage of what it should have been, with nice chunks of chicken versus the shredded into minuscule pieces I received. And their picture shows a bright vegetable medley versus the cooked to mushy veggies I received. Plus. I think the crispy onions saturating the top of my whole salad was just to disguise how unappealing it actually was. This was a fail for me, and more than half of it went into the garbage can. At least the counter person was friendly and helpful, and they seemed to be doing a booming to-go business.
