On 04/03/25 at 12:10pm an incident occurred which resulted in damage to my vehicle while going through the automated wash, my tire was slashed apparently by the machinery-and suffered a blowout. This posed a serious safety risk & caused unexpected financial expense & inconvenience. I was able to witness the incident on the recorded camera & spoke to the owner who was not on sight which basically said he's not responsible & can't do anything for me. I called the police just to get record & documentation of the event & warned everyone who pulled up for a car wash to look at my car & be careful. These people will do damage to your car with their 1970s machinery and tell you to pack sand when you ask them to repair it,I now have to sue these people. Don't make the mistake that I made. Don't use these peoples facility. They have signs all over the facility they say they're not responsible for damage. Obviously they don't know what the law is but they're about to find out. Please take my advice and find somewhere else to wash your car because if anything happens to it, they're basically going to tell you to go fuck yourself. read more

After speaking with the area manager and him reviewing the cameras within the wash bay area. I feel he did investigate my claim rather than disregard my claim as the onsite manager did. It was a more professional experience talking with him. I think it will be resolved soon. He restored my faith in his business. read more

I love this car wash. Very reasonable prices (cheaper than most gas stations for their basic wash), and free vacuums too! I come here whenever I'm in the area, wish it was closer to my home. read more

I used this carwash May 27, 2021 and a worker there who seemed out of if while working knocked the shark fin off the top of my car. Chris the site manager reviewed the recorded video and say the employee knocking off my navigation antenna during the prewash/ wash prep area and Chris has yet to pay me for the repairs. I brought to him on that day from Courtesy Hyundai the repair estimate and he is avoiding me because he doesn't want to pay for the damage that happened at his car was by his employee. I've yet to see the same employee working there. His comment was that "How can one find good employees around here." I assume he hired someone random young black man for cheap labor then fire him for negligence. Chris you need to be a man, a manager, a good person and pay for the damage done to my vehicle. read more

Never going here again. Went here and paid $20 for their "ultra" car wash, and my car is still dirty on the outside but that's not even what I'm mad about. Came out of the car wash with my right side view mirror torn off like this and when brought to the attention of the workers, they said "unfortunately we can't do anything about that right now". Gave them my name and number for their manager to call me (this was a while ago) and still haven't heard anything. When I called them to ask for the managers number which is what I should've asked for in the car wash, I just got a robot saying "we're sorry but the person you dialed does not have a voicemail box" and it just hangs up. Looks like they're not gonna do anything about it and now this car wash is going to cost me $520 read more

Thought this place was going to be great, it's close to my house and has a great monthly plan. After trying this place out I immediately noticed scratches all over the hood of my car. Mind you I just bought this car in excellent condition not even 2 weeks ago. I am very upset that now my new car doesn't look as nice now. So much for the 11k I just put out for this car. My review may be biased because I paid for the cheapest wash. Overall the atmosphere made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The vacuum area was very dirty and the customers around were rude with sharing the vacuums. The layout is a bit awkward too but I know they cannot change that. At the end of the day, my car was still clean, I just didn't enjoy my personal experience (nothing was wrong with the staff). read more

I always struggled to find a car wash place. I really enjoyed this one. There were several options that I was able to choose from. Payment was easy and the car wash itself was super quick and done really well. I will definitely be going back. They also have free vacuuming with a car wash purchase. I went to this car wash because the price seemed right. However I was disappointed when my car ended up getting scratched in multiple places from the washer. I suspect they don't clean their machine and as a result my car got scratched by debris stuck in the mops of the machine. I would recommend you avoid this place and either go to a touchless automatic car wash or a hand car wash. You get what you pay for. I was unable to contact the manager despite multiple requests. Bottom line the damage to your vehicle will be more expensive then if you just spend more on a proper car wash. read more
