Do not call for the service unless you want to get scammed. I called the service for sink faucet repair. I took pictures of all the parts and was expecting for their expertise. The owner gave me the quote for 200 and I accepted, that's considered they finish the repair. However, no information was disclosed on if they fail to repair, they will still charge you the same amount. Owner never mentioned there is a cost for the diagnosis. I think it is common sense to provide all the necessary information and have the clients' consent before you proceed to business. That's just extremely unprofessional. read more
