My only complaint is that I wish it were larger, I love walking through the greenhouse just being near all the plants. I did find what I was looking for, and a few things I wasn't, and ultimately, yes, they're a bit pricier on some things than your big-box chain stores, but honestly, I'd rather that. We ordered a blueberry pie and their cider donut bread pudding. The pie had a lattice top and was perfectly sweet. We thoroughly enjoyed it. They had the smallest blueberries in it and many were very much intact but not tart at all. Same for the bread pudding; my husband could tell that there was a fried component which made it super decadent, but it wasn't actually that sweet either! It was moist, nicely spiced with cinnamon, and the syrup that came with it enhanced everything. Color me impressed! I plan on visiting the farm and Market in person once it warms up and see everything else they have to offer. Once I do, I'll update this review.

I was told it was normal and only happened because they were too close on the truck being delivered and it would go away. exactly 1 month later 6 were dead and none of my requests for an exchange or replacement were acknowledged. At $50 each, I deserved some kind of remedy. Instead I got ignored and treated like something was wrong with me. Never again. Even my boss said he knew him and was surprised. At least Home Depot believes in returns.

I came during what seemed like peak hours (3p-4p) the staff was super helpful and I got exactly what I was searching for. Not everything was labeled with the price, they seem to get new inventory everyday so it's understandable. The staff is friendly enough to look up whatever is needed (price, plant-care info) but I didn't want to be a nuisance, so I'll probably comeback when it's less busy. I didn't read the bad review until I got home so full disclosure, I'm a person of color, a woman and a mom. I didn't feel any unwelcome undertones and I saw the staff interact with a plethora of diverse customers with respect and equality. The oxygen was different in there. The women in the shop were very helpful. They repotted my plant, treated her and told me how to take care of her. My plant has been thriving ever since. I purchased a new plant while I was there because I was feeling inspired. The women were so knowledgeable and friendly. The prices for the plant help were reasonable also. I'll definitely come back for my next plant as the staff were so patient in answering my questions .
