My Husband and our Son got their haircut here, Decent haircut but the way they run the Business is rude and unprofessional. The "owner" interrupted my Husband's haircut to talk to him on the phone just to tell him our 4 year old daughter is jumping around, making mess etc and that is according to the owner and that she could see it in the camera. She told my Husband to pick up after her cause the cleaner wouldn't be there til later in the afternoon. Like seriously? Couldn't even wait til the haircut is done? Or just have the barber tell my Husband? My Husband ask the Barber if my daughter is jumping around and making mess and the Barber just shrugged. Our daughter is well behaved, she is probably doing normal toddler things and the owner decided to be a "Karen". We have been going to Barbers for years and i find this approach Tactless, unprofessional and Awkward. Using a security camera to reprimand a customer in the middle of a haircut sounds controlling and toxic. Do better, we sadly live near this shop and won't be coming back read more

I had a longer review my wife convensed me to go to two stars vs one and not leave what I originally had but to some it up I didn't leave feeling fresh at all. My haircut looked as if I had got my haircut at least a week or two ago and when you wait for almost a month to get your haircut letting it grow out more getting a haircut is a game changer. I wanted to find a good shop in this area because I just another house on this side of town and bottomline this just wasn't it. Vibe was weak and customer service/interaction was subpar at best regardless I paid $40 and left dispite feeling that it wasnt worth it. I honestly wanted to ask him how did he feel he did as barber but the cut not being right or crisp was just enough for me to know this would be my last and only trip. I told him it wasn't even after attempting to fix it and he had the nerves to say I was leaning thats why like what? shame - I support way to much local business to waste time not valued Cindy thanks for your reply however I have been getting cut at mens barbershops since 2003 and I do not wear a woman's hairstyle nor special haircut what so ever. My posture was dead on I know why I came to the shop I would not be sitting in a strange position hoping for perfection, which was extremely far from what I recieved. Never called to let us know that our appointment was cancelled. Then they advertise on insta that they are welcoming walk-ins. We show up one hour after that post on insta was made and are told they are doing appointments only. Then I say ok can you guys squeeze us in and the rude barber says well you can look at the schedule see if you find a place. A courteous person would of said here let me look. I give 3 stars, customer service is great I walked right in sat right down the overall fade of the haircut was very good I can't remember the individuals name who cut my hair please a shorter guy dressed nice. he was real nice guy had a great conversation but my favorite part of the haircut is the lineup and my lineup was crooked I was able to go home and fix it a little bit that's why this rating got a 3-star I wouldn't be opposed to going back again and I wouldn't be opposed to see in that same Barber but I would try somebody else. We've gone here a few times and liked the cuts for our boys. The $5 to reserve online is ridiculous and that does not go towards your hair cut, which is $25 even for kids plus tax! You can not call and make an appointment. So, this last time my husband walked in put my sons name down and asked the owner if that can hold his spot for my wife to bring him. They agreed. It took 7 minutes for him to get there. In the meantime they filled all the seats and went right over us. No explanation and no apology. We left and will not be back. There are plenty of other barbers in this city that are not rude. charge appropriately for a kids cut and keep to their word. read more

Got my hair cut here. The first time it was good, so I went back two weeks later to get cleaned up. The guy botched my hair. Chopped most of it off and did a bunch of stuff I never told him to. Now I have to let it grow out for months.I came out looking way worse than I came in. I came in fine. Just needed a line up and to clean it up. He couldn't even get the line up right. Reached out to the owner about this and have been ignored. Poor customer service. Sloppy work. Pay extra and go to a good barber or save your money and go to great clips. So first I want to say they were extremely rude, I put my feet on a coffee table and this guy was saying he is about to kick me out because of it.I was asking to get a faux hawk style haircut and this guy messed me up first off when he was squaring up my hairline he literally cut it crooked like at a slant, and the fading on one side was good it was a high fade and stopped fading up to where I was styling my hair and the other side faded up all the way to the middle of my head it looks so bad,he cut me multiple times, and almost bald me on a little piece of my head like in an important spot it's a centimeter difference. I would absolutely not recommend this place it is horrible customer service they are highly unprofessional not good at cutting hair I would rather go to great clips than this place they ruins my hair would give them -1 stars if I could. read more

I have taken my boys twice here for haircuts and both times they really liked their haircuts and so did I. The guys are kind and welcoming. Shop is clean and spacious too. The reason I'm taking two stars off what could be a 5 star review is because 1. They charge you $5 to schedule an appointment; and 2. Those $5 are not applied toward the haircut fee. I called earlier today wanting to schedule appointments for my boys and was told to go to the website to reserve an appointment. The gentleman never mentioned that I'd have to pay $5 at scheduling. Further, there is no disclosure stating that this $5 fee is neither applied to your haircut, reimbursed, nor non-refundable. To some, $5 is just that, $5. To some of us, it's hard earned money that we count towards our family budget. I was hesitant to leave a tip because those $5 could have went towards the barber's tip but I did anyway because the barber seemed to not be aware that we had already paid $5 to reserve an appt. Ultimately, $60 out of my pocket for two kids haircuts definitely hurts and is outrageous. Definitely going to think twice before scheduling with these guys again. read more

This was my go to spot for a while, but it's been multiple times, by multiple I mean like every time I've gone where I set up and appointment and don't get seen 15-30 minutes later. I've shown up where my barber doesn't even know I had an appointment. And also I've showed up to where I book an appointment and the barber I booked it with was cutting hair and sent me to another barber, I clearly paid the 5 dollar reservation fee for a specific time and specific barber. I've just dealt with the bad service due to this place being so close to where I live but it's gotten to the point I'm taking my time and money elsewhere. Owner even made me feel like it was my fault the barber didn't know he had a appointment that I paid 5 dollars for. Why set up appointments for them not even to be aware. I'm usually there 5-10 minutes early and I'm still not seen till 20-30 minutes after. It's just disappointing in a sense where I really liked how my hair was cut but the lack of proper customer service isn't provided. I've seen people go in there without an idea of how things work and no barber cares to tell them there's a sign sheet or Greet them. read more

I brought in my 12 year old son for a kids haircut. I was charged an adult price. $25 instead of $20. He got a normal cut that took less than 15 minutes to do. Cut was OK, nothing special that would cause an up-charge. I questioned the fee and was told all cuts right now are $25. I stated their website shows a different price for kids 12 and under and the rude gentlemen said, "well sorry all cuts are $25 right now". I said right now, what does that mean? He just stated again all cuts $25 And to top it off I paid a $5 reservation fee when I went online to book the appointment! I assumed the $5 fee would be applied to the cost of the cut, boy was I wrong. The website does not state this fee is not applied, nor does it state it isn't applied to the cut. Which is very misleading to me and very shady business. I still gave my normal 20% tip, which was another $5, even though I didn't want to. $35 (total) for a kids haircut is outrageous!! There are so many other barber shop options in our area, ones that don't mischarge and mislead their customers. Steer clear of this place unless you want to overpay for a mediocre haircut read more

I got a haircut from the owner Mario and he did such a great job with my low skin fade. He is a very professional business man that takes pride in his work. Every barber in there had a beautiful haircut leave their chair. Also they are being very cautious with COVID19 by closing their waiting area and wearing masks around their clients.
