Be aware that this is at one end of a very small half dead strip mall and that this is an all you can eat buffet type place. Me and my family dined in tonight, expecting great service and fresh food. Instead, the girl checking us out had a rude attitude towards me. The buss boys were nice, but in the back you could hear loud laughing, screaming and profanity. My husband went to the restroom and by the door you could see a little opening to see into the kitchen, and seen people smoking. Not really a good sign working in food. The pizza was alright. My children enjoyed the game room so no complaints there. Not sure who the manager was, but I was going to speak with them but wasn't sure, so we left. read more

The food isn't super for the price, it's cold sometimes and the quality isn't the best but still tasty and i enjoy eating here. The service is great though, the workers are quite attentive and polite. I had a particularly pleasent experience with Dylan, who was very helpful and friendly. False advertisement. Their website clearly states they are open until 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. We searched the internet for a good place to eat (normally would have recommended this place) and left the house at 8:40. Got to the Mr. Gatti's in Eunice at 9:12pm to closed doors, completely shut down and a staff that was nearly finished cleaning the entire dining area. This was on Friday, May 31st 2019. Thanks for wasting the families time with your false information. Recently (Mid 2016) changed management and underwent a major remodel. This change brought a number of pros with a few cons. The quality of the pizza remained relatively unchanged. I think there was a slight dip in quality - the crust just doesn't seem quite the same now - but I still think it's the best pizza in town. The service vastly improved. The workers seem to actually care that you have an enjoyable experience while you are there. The facilities are cleaner, and simply look nicer. Everything in the building appears to have been given a face lift. It looks like a new restaurant. The game room has been completely overhauled. The games now actually work! They've moved from a token based system to a card based system similar to what you would find at a Dave & Buster's. If your kids like to save their tickets, the new system makes this easier (though any previously saved tickets are now gone). Just keep the card, and you keep the tickets. The games, however, are now more expensive. Previously most games were $.25; now most games cost $.50 - $1.00 to play. read more

We ate lunch here today and the service was awesome. We ordered the buffet and the girl asked if we had any requests. My daughter is on a low carb diet and they were happy to make her a crust less pizza. The food was delicious and the playroom was very clean and all the machines worked. We will be returning. read more

Had a birthday party there for my youngest daughter and I was completely let down . party area still dirty from previous, we were there and ordered pizza for party at 12:50 and pizza finally arrived at 1:30 then they were kicking us out at 2 . no service what so ever. The buffet was old and they did not do anything about when asked to add pizza to the buffet. There response was "oh the buffet ends at 2". Ate here absolutely horrible it was well after lunch rush no pizza up what they had(maybe 3) was old and nasty. Kids playing in salad bar and employees said nothing. I asked to make a pizza said ok 30 minutes later still no pizza. This is the worst mr Gatti's total waste of money I ate 2 mini pizza slices and a little pasta wouldn't touch salad again kids were playing in it and employees stood by and watched. read more

Great tasting pizza! Pizza has a lot to do with the quality of the crust and they've got nice crispy crust here. It's not greasy like pizza chains either. They have a buffet but I ordered a pizza to go and it was done in 8 minutes. They have a small arcade in the back for the kids to wear off some energy. read more

Where else can you get stuff on a sheet of cardboard? Nowhere else but the place with no service and maybe (or maybe not) a clean table.
