Went to have dinner on Sunday, August 16th, it was obvious that the macaroni and spaghetti had been sitting there all day long, they were very dry, stuck bad on the spoon, and to top it all off, the taste was not good at all. I asked twice if they were making fresh macaroni cause that was all my granddaughter went for and they told me that they would put it out in 5 mins and in 5 more mins, we still lasted a whole hour and those 5 mins never came. The place COULD have been great! A lot of problems! Most of the games are kind of broken, the food tastes like dog turd, and the employees didn't care because most of them were in their phone!! This place is ridiculous. They won't allow you in, unless you purchase a food buffet, even if you're not hungry. My husband and son went in, while I went to get my nails done. When I finished I went back to get them, and they wouldn't let me in to get them for the reason I explained. Luckily, my husband saw me and came to me. He spoke to a young man and told him, please just let her in while he finished feeding the little one. Thank goodness, the guy had common sense and said yes. Once in, I saw my husband eating a salad, mind you, I thought the place was just a pizza/pasta all you can eat place. So once I saw that I was like "yeah, I'll have salad!" So I went back to the guy and said, I'll purchase a buffet so that I can have salad. He said, well if all you want is salad, you don't have to pay full price. Now, why wouldn't both girls I dealt with before, 1. Inform you what they have to offer. (Considering when I dropped off the boys, I said I don't want pizza to the girl) and 2. Tell you, you can just purchase salad. Now with that said, the salad bar was good, fresh and lots of veggies. Then the play area for the kiddos was fun for my son. My granddaughter had her Birthday here on a Sunday evening . It is so dirty, people were standing around because there was no food . The cups were dirty and wet, and the walls were disgusting with food and stains all over them . I don't think there is one employee here tonight that is over the age of 19. The female employees were standing around flirting . It's very obvious who works and who doesn't in this place and they have never been taught that if you see something that needs to be done then do it , even if it's not your job. The only one I saw working was the girl who puts the pizza on the Buffett. One girl was standing in the general area of the Buffett girl talking to another employee just visiting with her phone in her hand and not once attempted to help put the ready pizza on the Buffett while people were standing around waiting. They have like an open concept where you can see into the kitchen and they need to put walls up because it's disgusting , this is one place that I would rather not know what is going on back where the food is and the worse thing is once you have paid and are in there is no going back. read more

It's the usual kids pizza party place. The pizza is decent they have a salad bar and it's a buffet. There's no wait staff just bussers so the place is not that clean. There are different rooms to eat in and the periwinkle room is the nastiest because it's kind of dark in there. All stalls dirty in women's restroom. Flies on pizza cinnasticks. Saw employees barely wipe tables that were dirty leaving tables visibly soiled including the table that we sat at and attempted to clean ourselves. No wiping of chairs. Employee left gloves on from back kitchen area and came to serving area to get drink and shook another employees hand who didn't have gloves and went back to kitchen with same gloves. This place is naaaaaasty!! The floor looks like it's cleaned once a day...even around the buffet line! Every table in the place was dirty when we arrived and it took ten minutes for someone to clean one for us after asking. No apology from the manager as he wiped off our table onto the seats! Disgraceful! I'm from El Paso and Peter Piper Pizza blows this place away in cleanliness and employee attitudes. I will not be returning. read more

Gatti's is a great environment for family. My kids love the pizza and have so much fun in the game room. We like being able to sit, relax and eat while the kiddos play. read more
