    A6. Pan Fried Dumpling

The food was good and the service was good. The location was ok. The overall vibe is a little divey but seemed clean enough. I really enjoyed the general Tso and the lomein was very good.

Decent quality Chinese food in a spacious interior. Service was prompt and excellent. Had some confusion over some of the menu items like the Taiwanese noodle bowl which I thought had noodles but was in reality just a bowl made from noodles. Good dumplings and the spicy chicken was not bad. Their drinks (like the hot ginger milk tea and iced Royal milk tea) were great! Recommended if you are ever passing through Norman and looking for a nice Chinese restaurant.

Unassuming place that's spectacular! It's a quaint restaurant with big flavor! I got the kung fu combo with three meats and peanut vegetable stir fry and it filled me to the brim. The staff was friendly and the service was great! My wife had General Tsao's chicken (I never realized she was a military woman) and I was giddy as a school girl. Definitely worth a stop if you're looking for good Chinese food in Norman. They have basically every type of dish you could want!

It seems like they bring out more fresh food around the dinner rush which was nice. They had everything a typical buffet would have and everything was good! They even had Mongolian bbq, sushi and an ice cream machine. Pretty standard buffet with all the options. Good for cheap meal!

We had a long wait time to be seated because there was only one hostess and one server working. We were seated directly next to another full table despite half of the tables in the restaurant being empty. The tables are very close together and I felt like I was joining another family's dinner. I got two plates at the buffet before sitting down, a plate of sushi and a plate of hot food. It was all pretty bad. The curry chicken was cold and tasted off, I actually didn't eat more than one bite and I am usually a "clean your plate" person at buffets. The sushi was all mushy and gummy. The broccoli in the pork and broccoli was undercooked and hard. The green beans were old tasting. There were a couple of good things like the pepper steak and the fried items. My wife and I had already eaten about half our first plates before the water came out. Again, because of understaffing I would assume. As we looked around the restaurant, many tables had old food and trash that had not been cleaned for long periods of time. For this experience it was $32 before tip. Just too much for the quality. We won't be returning.

The pricing on the huge window outside is not accurate! It's about $2-3 more on the menu inside! We ordered: Potstickers: pork- was juicy and hot. Pan fried bao: a little bland. There's was nothing "wow" about it. Chicken stir fried noodle: it looked great. Great color, decent amount of toppings. Noodle had a good chew. I think we're missing all the salt though. Was bland. No flavor. Singapore noodle: NO. The noodles were overcooked and soggy/saucy. Also lacking flavor and salt. The shrimp was really tough and hard. Overcooked or very not fresh. Place was a little dark and dreary.

They're handmade, fresh, and chewy, all good things you want in a noodle. But I do think they have a little more to improve on as far as flavor goes. I got the Xian beef hot oil noodles and while the chilli oil was good, the dish was overall pretty underwhelming. It not only needed more meat on the plate, but definitely more flavor in the sauce. Also got some shaved noodle soup - and the soup was pretty good! Little salty but delicious. Their curry fried rice was a little disappointing - the rice was kinda mushy and if its anything fried rice shouldn't be, it's mushy. Also got the pork belly burger for my hubby and that was also very underwhelming. Overall, noodles itself were really good. But the dishes were underseasoned and lacked flavor. Wish we loved this place more after all the rave reviews!

Okay today I happened to be close by so I pulled into the parking lot and noticed people walking out with a big order. I thought I was in luck for a fast order so inquired with the clerk and when I asked what was available within the 5-10 range I was IMMEDIATELY responded with upset Chinese language and she retreated to the kitchen as I as trying to explain my request so the situation could be deescalated. She refused to hear me out. Never had an experience like this before, but still. That's why I'm giving it a 2 star. Food is usually 3-4 star worthy.

With that being said, the service is a bit slow so do plan on a wait if you are stopping by. Our go to order is the soy garlic wings, the tofu soup, and some rice! The soy garlic wings are crispy and soo good, but at our last visit, I did notice that the wings are a lot smaller than they used to be. The tofu soup is still as delicious as I remember, and we also tried the potato soup which I was pleasantly surprised by! We also tried to the bibimbap for the first time, and it was also very flavorful. My only note for the food here, is that they are a bit stingy on the quantity for the price. I found the portion of our bibimbap sauce to be very little, and they charge extra for more banchan versus the usual free refill in a Korean restaurant. I still love coming, and the staff is sweet
