Crabby and unhelpful owner. Expensive. I went there to purchase a glass stem and was not impressed. Ok selection but I thought the prices were extraordinarily high (must have been smoking something when doing the pricing) . read more

Just like others have expressed, the owner is NOT customer friendly. Seems crabby, almost like you're putting him out. I would not recommend this place to any one. Very disappointed. read more

My husband and I were in Destin on vacation. The guy working was rude and racist to my husband! He is Hispanic and when he showed the guy his ID he said he couldn't take it even though he's 23! Would never recommend this place! read more

Always get my gear here...... until today. Unfortunately only the owner was in today and he is the most unpleasant person to deal with. Always ready with a snide comment or an argumentative stance.... The idea of giving him one more cent makes my stomach turn. That said, I will gladly go anywhere else from now on. This guy........ I mean,. Do yourself a favor...don't even bother. read more

Horrible customer service.... I purchased a dry herb vape from these guys. Once I got the dry herb vape home, I cycled the heat to cleanse the unit of any manufacturing debris and to my amazement it straight up smelled like burning plastic... I took it back and explained what was going on. The employees response was "oh, that smell is normal" and then proceeded to do nothing to resolve the issue. Please do not buy anything from this overpriced shop, they will not stand behind their product even if said product is clearly a health concern. read more

Was absolutely disgusted with the man working there. He not only yelled at me for using the word "bong" instead of "water pipe" but he kept staring at my breast and kept making sexual comments towards me. I will not be returning to this place ever again. read more

Born on a dream of not having to drive from the Beaches of South Walton to Fort Walton Beach to hit up a headshop for our supplies that might have a "Back Whenever..." sign on the door, we decided to be the only smoke shop in Destin and opened our doors on July 23, 2010.

I said no thank you that I would take a regular bag. I was informed that "sorry, Disney is being 'green' and doesn't do plastic". Really? You were ready to sell me a plastic bag. So I asked if they had paper ones? Nope. They only have plastic ones to buy. So, we had to carry our purchases around the outlet mall...until we went to the Nike store. Nike store graciously offered us a shopping bag to carry our purchases. I personally can't stand when companies claim to be 'green', but it's all a show.
