Something the plumber refused to do when he arrived. He ran the water in the sink in the 1bathroom for a second, then told me it's draining! He did not replaced the plug in that sink, but advised me I could find a plug at the hardware store. Color me surprised. Gave him the information on the leaking water heater, he told me to expect a call from the office manager regarding when they could fit me in. The phone was probably on the table for 10 minutes when I receive a all from the office manager and was told that they would fit me in probably after lunch. I received a call from Jordan that he was in route, at 11am. Jordan did a fantastic job installing the new water heater and explaining that the leaking one was installed backwards--cold into hot fitting and hot into the cold side.
