At that time I specifical ask not once but twice for the mechanic to check fluids ( oil, automatic transmission fluid, power steering fluid) . When I got the phone call from Kevin about how much the repair would be , I asked if the fluids were check. I got a big O Ya we did. They are fine. I asked also if the maintenance light could be turned off. When I go the car the maintenance light was still on. I checked the fluids myself and automatic transmission fluid and the power steering fluid were low. The only thing this shop is good at that you can trust is them making out the bill. When I was picking up my car, they told me that they are unable to change the oil filter for some reason. Since the oil filter was not changed , I was forced to go to Lexus dealer garage to change the oil filter. You can imagine my surprise, when Lexus mechanic told me that tires were not rotated either! As you can see , on the Master Mechanic invoice one of two items listed is "rotated tires". I called Master Mechanic, they ask me to come back for rotation. BUT, ONCE I HAVE BEEN LIED TO, MY TRUST IS LOST. Lexus also changed the oil filter without any problems. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED MASTER MECHANIC HIGH PARK. Always check in details , if listed service was in fact performed ! NEVER TRUST!

The owner looked at the damaged pipe, and gave me a quote on the spot. I agreed, and then they worked on my exhaust system ASAP! Upon putting on the exhaust tips, the owner asked how I liked the angle to be adjusted. Perfect example of customer service right there! Great way to allow customers to choose what they like best and what suits them. Wasted my time and im supposed to smile. they dont care what i lost waiting for them. No will to make it right or meet in middle.. no processing they did anything wrong. I gave it sometime and took car once again in attempt to keep relationship going and 3 days later i get a call they are refusing service. They didnt like that i got mad with the secretary. i have been sending emails to reach out the boss there before the last time i took my car there. The mechanics read them half ass and they are ignored the boss. upon arriving to pick up my car the boss comes out all nice "how can i help you" u can see his face change when i say who I am. He refuses to tell me what i said that was wrong. The secretary is native (as am i) i have no issues with her. Im blow away as me and her was never on bad terms. Of course i was upset i wasted time and money. the secretary is not even working so i cant even figure the issue Out. I made this review because the treatment i got was BS. going there for years. All of a sudden they start burning me and when i got mad over it im refused service. KNOWING WHAT I KNOW NOW.. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE. They were good when they wanted to be. But when they turned on me for nothing... making me wait and wait.. telling me there busy. I understand a week of no power. I dont get how they just fall off the proper service tread (quality aside).
