I found WesCan, as they are a restoration company, Greg came in to see it and provide a quote and 2 days later David showed up and did a fantastic job! He enclosed the space in protective plastic and over 2 days made it look even better than from the factory. Apparently this Monica Quartz is super hard, so not the easiest material to work with, but not a problem for them. I would highly recommend WesCan!

While the workmanship is great, the installer's communication with the customer is poor. It is as…read morethough the world revolves around him. However, Deanna is awesome, empathetic, and very willing to accommodate the customer's schedule. In an era where people have little time to wait around for contractors, the installer doesn't care about the customer. I had a very tight window due to work commitments and the installer was running late. I did not get a phone call as to when they were arriving. After about 20 minutes I contacted Deanna. She called me back to say "He's around the corner." It was another 10 minutes before he arrived. And when he did arrive there was no comment of saying "Sorry I was late." Ironically I don't even want an apology provided the installer clearly communicates an updated ETA. And, yes, in this industry I get that timelines change and traffic can delay. However, that is not an excuse to not call to explain you are running late, nor not showing some words of apology for holding up the customer. Would recommend the quality of work, Deanna's professional attitude, but the installer needs to communicate that they are running late.
