Horrible customer service, Ordered for pick up a large menudo with no leg or nerve and hominy. Got all leg and nerve with no hominem. No big deal, called to see if I can pick up it up (I had thrown most of it away in search of the hominy). Person on the phone stated she was the manager. Said I had to bring it back, it was pretty bad that they were telling me to get the meat out of the trash (I explained it to them) in order to get a replacement. I went ahead and did it. The tamales were dry and the masa needs more lard so they are more moist like they should be; the texture indicated that they were reheated in the microwave so maybe that's why they were extra dry. Went today on a very busy Sunday morning. The parking lot was packed but we parked on the street. We were given an ETA to be seated of 25 minutes. We were called in 35 mins but considering how crowded it was that's not too bad. The staff is very professional and nice. The restaurant is clean and the music added to the ambiance.
