As far as ambiance, the place had great casual vibes, and tasty chicken that is actually spicy when…read moreyou ask for it that way! 10/10 would go again! I will be making this my go to for teriyaki on the regular! The service was great too, the employee at the front was friendly and able to make my husbands order with only broccoli because he is not a cabbage fan!

Nice location, service was quick, staff was friendly. The Crab Rangoons are to die for. We ordered…read more2 more orders for our family, as we were finishing our meals. I had the mad spicy steak bowl with noodles instead of rice. So yummy. Mike had the chicken teriyaki bowl with brown rice as his base. The chicken was very tender (I stole a bite). Super yummy as well. Our DIL had the mad spicy orange chicken bowl and said it was great but she wanted a bit more spice with it. Our son said he loved the teriyaki steak bowl and commented on how easy and convenient the packaging made it for him to take either his leftovers or just a brand new bowl to work - and couldn't wait to go back as this restaurant is very close to their home. The restaurant is not big, but there is seating inside. It was clean, again staff was friendly and helpful. We did notice that the food was a bit pricier than we had expected - after looking at the receipt we realized oh, they didn't ask us what size of bowls we wanted so they defaulted to larges for all of us. So, definitely pay attention to adding what size of bowl (junior, regular, or large) you want when you order!!

Rude rude and rude, I went in with my grand daughter and this chick was the rudest waitress, no…read morewonder no one goes there much anymore. They said set anywhere and I did well apparently the table was not clean so I cleaned it.she came back and was rude and I said you are really rude and she said well your rude for seating at a dirty table and it's like ok so you can be rude but I have to just take it?? I said you really suck as a waitress and she said I don't care and fine we are leaving and she said good. If I was the owner I would fire her she is awful and just cost you money. Never eat at Wasabi on Maize! It's been a good year since I was there, the foods not great but My grand daughter likes the gyoza So we went this is our experience verbatim We walk in, just pick a seat anywhere We went in but it was super cold so we sat at a table that all she needed to do was wipe it down so since the rag was there I wiped it down, someone else came in after us and she served them first, ok no big deal then she comes over and this is our conversation Her ( waitress ) you need to move so I can wipe down the table Me : I already did it Her: ( eye roll ) whatever Me: Wow your very rude Her: no your rude for sitting down before I wiped the table Me : what is your problem He: I Dont have a problem you do Me: well apparently you don't care for a good tip Her : I don't care, no Me : well I guess we will go somewhere else Her :good As we were leaving I did call her a b**ch she said right back at ya Lol lesson to this story I should not have reacted to her rudeness just asked for a manager but knowing my luck she was the manager. I should have held my tongue ate the food left a small tip and wrote on the receipt so the manager could read it. I should have been not let that little sh*t rile me. But I saw for myself exactly how the far left are not just read about it. She felt it was ok for her to be rude but god forbid I call her on it and react to her rudeness then as soon as you react she than can say, well see she's rude too. Arguing with someone like that was like talking to a brick wall. I have been a waitress, I have owned my own restaurant and bar, there are right ways and wrong ways to act and if she worked for me and I over heard our conversation she would have been fired on the spot. The silly thing is it was over something so small but when she rolled her eyes at me and said whatever my mama tude took over. Was I wrong? I could have handled it better for sure, I could have done a WWJD and made it a learning experience for Izzy but dang it I ruined that, I feel bad but.....
