And I love how Six Sisters has expanded into consignment as well. There was a fun mix of more expensive, new items and some great condition, used clothes as well. They range from casual to formal -- I even saw a few bathing suits. Six Sixters had a full range of sizes. There were several great Derby dresses to choose from, plus Six Sisters is selling several fascinators to go with them. Add in the great accessories and shoes, and you can come away with a whole look! My SIL bought several items while we were there. Magnolia & Fig provides a light and pleasant space to shop for clothing, accessories, and other knickknacks. We were greeted warmly by the attendant, and she gives us the option to browse or asked us if we were looking for something specific. Once we told her what my friend was looking for and her size, the attendant got right to work, pulling dresses for her to try from the racks. We were brought eight or 10 different dresses to try in a small but nicely decorated fitting area. The two employees worked together to bring us outfits to try, giving us space and time to try each one, but giving opinions and thoughts, when asked to. They were very kind patient and efficient. They were sensitive to the needs of my friend as related to her disability without talking down to her or making her feel out of place. It was a very positive experience and we found the perfect dress for my friend's event. In the store, you will find lots of ladies clothing options in addition to some jewelry, hats, shoes and even pretty things for the home.
