New driver, but he took an hour to find us on the side of I-75 and told us he couldn't take us to…read morethe dealership in Saginaw, then told us we could walk a mile up the meridian between the entryway and highway to find a restaurant to wait in so we could get a ride home. We had to wait in our 90 degree car and outside the car for over an hour & I felt like passing out because I have cardiac issues with my heart and am very heat intolerant. The boss told us he'd make the driver not work for the rest of the day (except it was 5 PM so the dude was going to get off work anyways). We stopped by the service place which was closed and the driver had left our hazard lights on and had to jimmy the door open to shut them off which probably damaged the door. I really do think the owner needs to fire the dude for being such an idiot, but there's a lot of stupid people in the world. Pros: He arrived eventually. Cons: Unreliable ETA, Told us to literally walk down the highway and try to cross to get to a restaurant to wait for a ride in dangerously hot weather, left the hazard lights on in the car, boss/owner is kind of dumb, and the driver showed little sympathy for our situation. Conclusion: Either abandon your vehicle, walk, die, or pray to whoever you believe in that your car doesn't mess up. I'm really disappointed with the company figuring my health was majorly at risk. I'm finally home, but my head hurts badly and my feet are numb. This could of been avoided, but people don't seem to care about anyone but themselves anymore. On top of that, we had to our of pocket $30-some bucks because Frankenmouth Insurance & OnStar only cover up to 10 miles. That's really stupid.
