I'm not really sure if you're supposed to order first and then get seated, or they seat you. When we walked in, we were not greeted so we went up to the counter and were told we can take a seat. We erdered the Tonkotsu Ramen and the Dan Dan noodles. The Tonkotsu Ramen was very good. It had a lot of flavor and there were plenty of toppings on it. The dan dan noodles on the other hand, was disappointing. Having eaten at Dan Dan in Wayne and Ardmore as well as nyc, the difference was striking. It barely had any minced meat or sesame paste, and didn't taste like Dan Dan noodles. It also used the same noodles as a Ramen noodles, and not the typical thicker ones. From the name Mr Noodle, I wish the noodles were better! I would still come back again for the Ramen, though. (Rating is for the ramen, not the Dan Dan). Recently tried Rayaki in media and I think that's my new favorite ramen spot.

Popped in for dinner after visiting Bookish Notions. I was surprised this place was empty, but grateful for the quiet. This place must be the best kept secret in Media. Mr Noodle is a cute store with some kind of cooking show playing on a tv. The food was delicious and my server was kind and attentive. I absolutely will return.

Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen. Very good and full flavored broth.

I got the spicy tonkatsu ramen and she got the regular tonkatsu ramen. Very good and full flavored, not diluted like many places especially when they become too popular and need to stretch ramen broth due to unexpected crowds. The pork was charred nicely, probably a handheld torch. A more natural cast iron seer would taste better but it's better than nothing. Service great. They probably do many more takeout orders since just recently adding ramen to the menu and rebranding from the bubble tea tsaocaa. Hopefully they add a better fume hood as it gets more popular, the cooking smell is not overpowering but it's noticeable.

Very good food and drinks! I should have tried this place a long time ago as I work in town!

Delicious ramen! Great broth and some of the best fajitas I've had! Been here a few times and have not had a miss!

The ones we had in Hawaii had a spicy kick at the end. These were comparably good. One flavor all around. No spicy after kick. The Kalua Pork and Cabbage was spicier than what we had at Hawaii. It actually tasted better. They added ginger and it was spicy. I liked the Taiwanese cabbage better than what we had in Hawaii, which was regular cabbage. The ribeye steak ramen was good as well. It makes me want to try the rib eye entree. I like the black pepper flavor. I took the steak out as soon as it served, so it would not cook anymore in the broth. I was impressed that they made it medium rare. The chicken broth was not too salty, which it can be in other places, so I was pleased that it wasn't. The menma bamboo was crunchy. Many places have it too soft. The black seaweed/wood ear like topping was also crunchy. The wavy ramen noodles were perfectly QQ or all dente. There were two doors to open at the entrance. Handicap accessible. No steps. Two gender neutral restrooms. Spacious. Handicap accessible. We found street parking right out front. We came at 7 PM on a Monday after the dinner rush. Our server was very attentive. He also answered all my questions. I asked it they were Pulehu Ribs. When he did not know, he went to ask his colleague. I would come back for the same dishes, get a bigger order of the short ribs, and try the garlic shrimp. Definitely a new staple for us. Before going to Hawaii, we never had Hawaiian food before. This was a good way to revisit our vacation!

When searching for the best ramen in Philadelphia, not only did the reviews lead us here, but the…read moresuggestions from the locals did as well. We started off with a few appetizers. The edamame was standard, and the takoyaki and pan-fried dumplings didn't taste homemade. Rather they both reminded me of what you would pick up at the frozen section at the food market. Nevertheless, they were passable. After all, we were here for the ramen. I opted in for their Terakawa special. The broth was flavourful, and the chashu was the most tender and juicy chashu I've ever had. As for the girlfriend, she opted in for their spicy ramen which was also spectacular. I absolutely loved her wavy noodles. I would have loved to have swapped out my straight noodles for her wavy noodles. They have a nice bounce and slightly chewy texture. Their marinated eggs were to die for. We put in a few extra orders for these. Overall, a great experience. The staff seemed to be right on the ball, and this small and cozy restaurant definitely makes you feel transported to Japan.

There was luckily no line for both times we came but seated by the counter. Menus are online, so need to scan the barcode to read it on your phone. Plenty to choose from... Pork buns if you are hungry are filling and good. the chicken katsu don - definitely enough to share...rice with chicken and egg and sauce inside.. you can add additional spices and sauce to flavor as needed. Highly recommend the charsu don which we got the most recent tried - very flavorful with the sauce it comes with and we finished it up. Best dish I had the entire trip in Philly! Thank you!!! Friendly staff and service. Common restroom for customers. Will definitely come back we're back in town!
