Today's sweet potato and Gorgonzola tacos were the best they've ever been. I hope the chef continues to make them exactly like this as they were not greasy, stuffed completely, and the sweet potatoes were exquisitely tender. We hope the consistency of these tacos continue. We wish they had an impossible burger as on Thursdays they have burger night, but I do not prefer black bean vegetarian burgers. We are vegetarian and always looking for food options in the area. We would love to suggest other tasty vegetarian creations to be added to the menu.
