Sweetwater did the home inspection on the purchase, so when a problem arose, I gave them a call and they came out that very same day. What I thought was a problem turned out to not be that big of an issue and Steve did not charge me for the farm visit and my false alarm even though it cost him half his day. We have a couple of wells on the property and have had Steve or his son respond and have always been honest and professional. I am leaving this review today on Christmas Eve because I called Steve this morning with a problem. He not only answered the phone but after walking me through some reset procedures on the phone he said, "I really need to come to look at it". A family owned and operated company that does first class work with customer service 2nd to none. If you are from the area you probably know all this anyway, but if you are new to the area, give Steve a call. You won't be diappointed.
