He gets the two stars because he was quick all right he was reliable but the guy that was sent out was rude and disrespectful one of those white privilege say whatever you wanna say do whatever you want to do type of personalities it's not a good fit for business. I would never call him again for any reason on planet Earth because of the person that they sent out to service me I didn't appreciate his tone or his attitude. He talked about my car being junk it being foreign and it wasn't called for it wasn't necessary it had nothing to do with what he was sent out to do! Just jump the car and leave and he should have left his little rude nasty comments and personal opinions to himself. This battery is eight years old so it probably just needs a battery but the car is far from junk all I needed was a new battery. The one that went dead was original to the 2016 so I got my money's worth!

Needed a new battery installed on my 2015 GMC Sierra truck because I had a dead battery in the garage where I was parked.

The dealership outlined repairs costing several thousands of dollars. After paying for an inspection ($10 to $22-ish depending on whether you're a Firestone credit card holder) to determine the car's immediate issues vs. longer term repairs, it was hundreds not thousands. After the inspection I was emailed their findings with an itemized cost estimate. There are additional discounts and special pricing for Firestone credit card holders. Over the years, I've found those deals helpful for tires. My review is specific to this Firestone location. Locally, this the only Firestone I have experienced. I've visited other locations out of town and had good experiences because they can look at my car's repair history. That's another benefit.

Myk is always great to work with, and we've actually established a great relationship (I've got my own nickname and everything). Myk has never tried to upsell me on nonsense repairs for my kids beater cars (even though that's their job, to sell stuff), just getting them fixed and running. I'm sure everyone has a bad experience with someone they do business with, but we trust that if something happens after the fact, they will take care of it and make things right. Trust is a huge thing, and Myk at Firestone has my family's.

I nailed a pothole, called them up and within the hour I had a brand new Tire. The customer service was fantastic, and the quality of the work is great! Please read…read more.. Unless this is an "I must have now" tire purchase, DO NOT go to this location. This location for anything. In face I suggest not going to Tire Barn for anything at all. Their cooperate office is just as bad. Three problems: For starters, they broke my TPMS sensors upon installing my tires, and I had to make three visits to get the correct ones and have them installed. Second the money I paid for a warranty was "not paid" according to their system. This is also a store where the entire staff was replaced, it was cash if you were wondering. They also said you can't purchase a warranty on tires you don't buy from them, also a lie. The tire that blew had no damage, the inner seam tire completely around the inside of the rim with an explosion. Pirelli and two technicians at discount tire said this was from apparent installer error. To close, none of what happened was fixed by Tire Barn, and their upper management did nothing but say they can't determine if this happened. Oh yea, and the money could not have just left... I advise you to go across the road to a Discount Tire. Don't end up regretting it. It's a shame this company is operating.

Would give zero stars if that were an option…read more I originally went to Best-One of Indy in Castleton for new tires and had a good experience, so I returned for an oil change. Big mistake. The oil change itself took about 30 minutes. Then they told me I needed a cabin air filter. Fine. What they failed to mention was that I'd be sitting there another 20 minutes waiting for someone to deliver the filter from the parts store. Then came the bill--$120 for an oil change and cabin air filter. They claimed my car required extra oil, which supposedly justified the higher price. I've looked into it and can't find anything that supports that claim. Unfortunately, that wasn't even the worst part. Within days, my car started acting up. A warning light came on, it struggled to accelerate, and the dealer found a cylinder misfire. The code cleared, so I drove it home. A short time later, while driving around 35 mph, the engine shut off completely. Thankfully, it restarted, but it began idling high, and there was a metallic clanking noise coming from the engine. I took it back to the dealer. After running diagnostics and performing another oil change, they determined that the aftermarket oil filter installed by Best-One was causing the problem. I had to pay another $285 to correct an issue that never should have happened in the first place. As soon as the correct filter was installed, my car ran perfectly again. I emailed Best-One twice requesting a refund and reimbursement, and provided all documentation showing them that it was caused by their faulty oil filter. No response. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Still no response. I've now filed with the Indiana Attorney General. My only other option is to file a credit card chargeback and absorb the $285 repair bill myself. This wasn't just poor customer service--it was a complete lack of accountability. They took my money, created a much bigger problem, and then ignored every attempt to make it right. Avoid this location. I drive a very common vehicle. There is absolutely no excuse for an oil change to end with an engine shutting off in traffic and hundreds of dollars in additional repair costs. Don't find out the hard way like I did.

Although I was expecting to pay one price, when I received the bill it came up about $50 cheaper then I was expecting. Great service and very affordable price. We charge $135 for that and you have to leave it over night." Classic example of corporate and local branches not being on the same page. We had already had the code read at AutoZone, which pointed to the canister purge valve. The experience got off to a bad start because, despite me speaking with Paul the Monday before, the shop didn't even know he had an appointment. They performed their own diagnostic, and the mechanic took the car on a 20-minute test drive. With today's gas prices, that wasn't ideal, but we accepted it because we just wanted the car fixed. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Just two days later, the check engine light came back on. I called and scheduled another appointment for July 8 at 10:30 a.m. When I arrived, Tyler told me they couldn't guarantee the car would be finished that day. Since this is the only vehicle my husband and I have, I had no choice but to postpone the appointment until July 14 at 2:00 p.m. My husband took the car in on the 14th. After another diagnostic, they claimed the problem was again the canister purge valve, along with a fuel tank filler neck, quoting $1,259.99 for that repair on top of the canister purge valve. What doesn't make sense is that this issue supposedly didn't appear on the original diagnostic on July 1st. We were then told they needed to speak with the district manager, Anthony, because there were no notes in the system from our July 1 visit. We were told Anthony would call me to discuss how they planned to resolve the issue. He never did. I've called on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and each time I've been told they're "working on it." Meanwhile, we've been left without answers, and the problem remains unresolved. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in Xpress Pro Tire & Auto. I paid to have my vehicle repaired, but the original issue returned almost immediately, and now I'm being presented with an expensive additional repair that wasn't identified the first time. On top of that, the lack of communication and failure to follow through on promised callbacks has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I will only accept a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be filing complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and contacting local news stations to bring attention to my experience.
