Margret checked in regularly and explained every step, which made everything smooth. From project approval, and throughout the removal process, I never had to wonder what was happening next. When they showed up to do the actual removal, you could tell they knew what they were doing. They worked quickly but carefully, and I was impressed by how they managed to take down a pretty substantial tree without any damage to our property or our neighbors'. The crew was highly experienced in their work, and more importantly, the cleanup afterward was thorough. No debris left behind, no mess to deal with. The pricing was very fair. Tree work in general costs a lot, especially when you are doing the work with licensed professionals who are insured, use all the right equipment, and are protective of yours and others property. Even with all that, I saw no indication of price gouging. Rush and Margret made the whole thing hassle-free. They gave me everything I was looking for with a tree service, and I'm glad I made the call. This will be my go to from here on out for any work I need in the future.

And they left my yard spotless! They also worked with a tricky yard situation and helped find solutions. Would absolutely recommend.

With the delays of the city over the past year, the city would not accept the "aged" report and asked for a new one. When we called James and asked him to revisit the site and update the report, he claimed that it would cost about the same as the original report. Alt nothing has changed at the property, while waiting for permits from the city, James said it would take even longer to issue a report as he would have to explain any changes from the first report (although the city refused the original report and NOTHING HAS CHANGED ON THE PROPERTY) We decided to reach out to other companies for a competitive price and obtained a price for a totally new report nearly 65% of-this company's price. Now remember, there is no issue of quality of the report as both companies just issue a report on the trees on s and there is no "good" or "bad" repor and hardly any justification for the inflated price and same price for updating the report. Anyway, the conversation with James was far from "giving a dam" about a customer; we paid him over $3k for the report and will now have to pay a little over $2k for a brand new one. Either way, I would never use their services again and suggest that you do the same.

He proceeded to walk the property and then gave me a verbal quote to trim 17 palm trees. As I considered it he started throwing in extras all the while trying to close the sale. He told me he would have a large crew,( at least 8 guys) at my house on Friday about 1pm. I told him I needed a written estimate along with proof of license and insurance, he promised to email me. I said OK and he left. Today I got a text from Michael at1:10 pm informing me that they were running behind and would be here soon. They arrived at 17 minutes to 3. I asked Michael where my written estimate was, he responded, let me text it to you now. Within 30 seconds my phone pinged and I had an invoice for trimming of 17 palm trees and debris removal. No mention of the extras he had promised nor proof of insurance or contractor's license. I asked him why he would look me in the eye and lie to me. He insisted he had insurance and kept trying to show me proof on his phone. His huge crew of 3 guys were already trimming one tree. I don't know how good Michael's company is because I sent them packing. They might do beautiful work as most of these reviews state but I'll never know. I wish them the best of luck and a small piece of advice that has served me well in both life and business. Tell the truth when someone asks you a question. A written invoice is not a written estimate nor a binding contract. There are plenty of folks who will risk their homes to an unlicensed and uninsured contractor but I'm not one of them. All the best. William C.
