Well, Daniel W., pretty much ghosted me before he could do the job so this is just based on making appointments. When I initially asked for estimate through the Yelp messenger, Daniel messaged very quickly and was also even able to lower the price. Then when I gave him the days and times to do the job, I heard no response. The next day, I texted him his number, and heard crickets. I thought his coming to do the work was set, when he had said, "Sure,...." but guess I was wrong. Btw, although the estimate and work I had asked for was small this time, I am actually also looking for a handyman to help fix up a house that I am renting so that would have been big bucks for Daniel. I ordered a steel shed kit, but being partially disabled I required help with the construction. There was some question about the length of time required to complete the job, as appeared in the reviews for the shed from the site where it was purchased. Though it took longer, and cost a bit more than was originally quoted, the result was a well-built shed. Daniel went out of his way to ensure the shed was/is waterproof (as is evidenced by my repeatedly spraying it with a garden hose).
