Got to my appointment right on time and Ivan was ready for me. Asked what I wanted, if it was my first time here and general questions. Told him what I wanted, he did warn me it was going to be pretty short, but with the heat and how often I actually go for a cut and trim, decided it was worth it. Got a haircut and beard trim. It was a pretty good cut and trim. Ivan was attentive and there weren't any cuts or bumps. He kept the conversation going here and there. Made sure I got what I wanted. Took about 40ish minutes, a bit longer than one of the spots I go to but I also got a hot towel here so that accounted for the additional time. Price was $50 which is a bit more than the franchise chains but a bit less than another independent own barbershop by my house. Very clean and roomy shop they have here with great barbers and personalities. If I was in the area and wanted a cut, I'd definitely go back.

There I am waiting for him and no text, no notice, nothing. How long would I of been sitting there if someone else didn't approach me to ask if I had an appt? Again, super unprofessional. One thing I like about a good barber is showing them a picture instead of trying to over explain it to them just to make it easy and see if they get down, Brandon gets down. You can tell a barber who is just trying to rush your ass off the seat with a fade that's barely an ok fade vs a barber who can still do it in good time, give you a clean ass fade and still keep it humble.
