I had some old scrap wood and pallets to get rid of along with an old twin metal bed frame that was bent. I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. You cannot go wrong with this company hauling your junk for you. It saves you time and effort than doing it yourself and paying for the fees at the landfill. They then ran the stop sign at Broadmoor Dr, only slowing down to stop at the red light at Cameron Rd. But instead of waiting for the light to turn green, they waited only a few seconds and then ran the red. I tried calling the company later but just got a "we're currently closed" message.

Recently, a Captain Hook dumpster appeared on the driveway next door. I feared the worst, having seen the worst already, in several neighborhoods. HOWEVER, I have been really pleased with Captain Hook. The first dumpster was filled to the top in a day, and when they came to switch the dumpster out, the truck driver removed the full container from the driveway and placed it on the street with the same care you'd give laying a newborn on a changing table - and not a single piece of drywall fell out! Similarly, I didn't hear a thing when the new container was placed in the driveway. No boom, nothing. These people are pros. I am not currently in the market for dumpster services, but if I was, I would definitely call Captain Hook. If only every flip I need to live through used these guys.

I asked if the rate included tax, and it didn't, but Kelly at GT noticed I was a first-time renter and gave me a discount that covered the tax and more. The dumpster was delivered at 8 a.m. on the scheduled day, and it was picked up promptly when the rental ended. Everything was smooth and efficient. Well ... everything was fine except a problem with the dumpster's pin, which controls the latch to open the door. I couldn't figure out how to get the door open, so I emailed Kelly, and -- I'm not exaggerating -- within 5 minutes a GT truck pulled up to fix the problem (which turned out to be jammed pin). It just so happened a truck was in the area, and Kelly diverted it to take care of my issue. This is a first-rate company that's both professional and affordable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
