I haven't called on them for plumbing service, but their heating & A/C people know their stuff. When I've called them to fix my A/C, they've not only fixed my main problem, but have also done other little fixes (e.g., replace a section of insulated ductwork that had a hole in it) or give helpful tips (e.g., use this type of furnace filter, not this other type). Like any home service company, they can get backed up during "crunch" times. If you're calling them because your A/C broke on the first 90-degree day of the year, you're going to wait a few days. In general, though, they're not going to leave you hanging, especially for routine repair work. Their prices are reasonable, though, and their people are knowledgeable - qualities you want when it's someone working on your home.

It's been 3 days and they still have yet to give us a quote to fix the coil!!

In that time we NEVER got an estimate so we thought they were coming back to look into it further/troubleshoot a problem and then give an estimate. Nope. They came back out (again, never gave an estimate), did some minor work that looked more like troubleshooting to find out what the work was going to be and then give an estimate. Instead we were hit with a $400 bill for barely any work! Absolutely ridiculous. No way in hell we will ever use them again. This is the second time we've called them for something.
