I've been coming here every other week for the last few months now. I was hesitant at first looking at the reviews on here, but after coming in the first time I'm happy I did! The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, they let me test any disposable before I leave and if it doesn't work they exchange it on the spot. If they're out of anything you want you can let them know and it's usually in next day, sometimes same day if you let them know early enough. Worst smoke shop ever save yourselves the time and energy. First of all the products come with no options. They carry outdated products that appear to be counterfeit. Staff is Rude, unprofessional... I been to this location twice within the past year and both times I was ignored and invisible to them apparently. They will insult you in their native language (Yes I am fluent in Arabic). If you are in the shop and someone else who the employees know come in they will prioritize their friend and start smoking cigars INSIDE the store while you are still waiting to be checked out. I usually stick to shopping with small owned businesses, this one is just a complete and utter a Sh!* show. I wish I can rate this place 0 stars, surprised they are still open. read more

Bought a vape pen from here. Used it for one day and it started spitting and leaking juice from the bottom, when I took it in, the guy at the counter was very rude & said there was no refunds. I also noticed that when asking questions, he was very annoyed all the time, and wanted to rush me out of the store even though I was trying to buy a few items in his shop. There's expired products on the shelf, and just overall not a smoke shop I would ever come back to again. This place is legit.. I came in here to get a new vape piece for my friend as a birthday gift. Came in here with a lot of questions about vaping in general because I am a non-smoker and I had little knowledge on that subject matter at that time. The owner happened to be there and he took the time to go over several products and different juices and nicotine levels. After about 20 minutes of his time I felt confident in my purchase. I gave the gift that I purchased here to my friend the day after and he was incredible happy!
