Service was good, waited at the table for our food pretty long but worth the wait. Food was delish! I would definitely go again.

When I heard a new breakfast place was coming into town, my family knew that we had to go try it. At first glance, it was not as busy as expected but keep in mind, it is still new in the area. We got seated pretty fast and the server already got us water without us asking. The server asked if it was our first time coming and also recommended some of their best dishes to try ourselves. The food did take a little while to get to us (about 10-15 minutes) and when we got our food, it was nothing but satisfaction. Food presentation was excellent, the food was easily 10/10 and left all of us with a full stomach. Regardless of the location not being busy and somewhat short staffed, we were still satisfied of our first visit to Stacks and we will definitely be coming back again soon! read more

Don't know where the negative comments are coming from because me and my wife got a table on a Saturday morning pretty quick and our waitress I believe her name was cecilia, was really nice and attentive, they might of been short staffed before but it doesn't seem like that anymore, really recommend better upgrade compared to Dennis or ihop ! read more

Everytime we come for breakfast, everything tastes so good! Today I tried the breakfast tacos....YUM! And I think Stacks is the FIRST restaurant I've ever been to that has pumpkin spice creamer available at each table during the fall season. I LOVE THAT!!!! Me and my family came in after a long morning of errands and we wanted breakfast food despite the time. We looked and saw that stacks was still open until three we raced over and we're welcomed by NaNa. She hosted and served us perfectly. Came to this location for the first time after living in the area 2 years and it was GREAT ! Customer service from my waitress Mary was great . She suggested the mazapan crumbles on top of the pancakes and I really enjoyed the flavor ! Also had the strawberry crème crepes and they were very tasty , just like a shortcake flavor . Horrible service. Went in on a Sunday for lunch. I thought the place would be busy but it was only about 1/4 full. We ordered our food and waited close to 2 hours for it! No one bothered to check in on us or let us know of the delay. We understand there's a delay everywhere these days but no one bothered to see if we needed more coffee or provide an update on the foos. We could see the waitresses standing around doing nothing while food was waiting by the kitchen. We asked the hostess to call our waitress. Waitress didn't come. We asked to speak to the manager and when the manager came to our table, she didn't let us explain the issue before she walked away. She didn't bother to apologize or anything. When food finally arrived, my order was incorrect. At this point we paid our check and left. As we were leaving we could hear the manager mistreating one of the employees at coffee bar. I understand everyone is overworked but manager at this place has absolutely no management skills. Never coming back! read more

I tried this restaurant for the first time and was very disappointed. I ordered my food to go which was over a 40 minute wait. Once I received my food part of the Oder was missing, when I let them no it took 5 an additional 5 minutes to receive my other food which was cold. First and foremost I'm all up in supporting neighborhood establishments, this is the reason why I decided to check this restaurant out. I got greeted by a non so well groomed hostess who looked like she just woke up, waited about 30 minutes for my table and another 30 minutes after being seated just to get coffee and water. At this point we've waited an hour and still haven't ordered. Waitress comes up to me looking very overworked and frustrated. We finally place our order, they first bring one plate of pancakes when we've ordered two, then I wait another 15 minutes to get a dirty sticky syrup container, by then my pancakes are cold, another 30 minutes go by and I ask what's going on with my food? Waitress tells me, we only have two cooks, we're so short staffed and nobody knows what their supposed to be doing here. I was like wow! Okay, got my skillet after trying to be a therapist for this chick, then the veggies were over cooked, no flavor and tasted like something my 2 year old niece can whoop. Horrible atmosphere, I recommend going to ihop or steak and egger, at least you'll get a decent meal and no long waits! This is a place you definitely would want to check out! Went in today for lunch with my husband and recieved the best service by our waitress Jackie. She was fantasic, she made sure to answer every question we had about the menu, along with recommending food items, and making sure we had everything we needed! I was looking for something sweet with Nutella and she recommend me the crepes or french toast. It was delicious! ALSO, my husband and I noticed how her and her co-workers were busy with a lot of to go orders and another tables yet managed to run it smooth. Left with a good first impression. We love coming to eat therethw first time was wonderful but ever since we come there .there's always a mistake with our orders our meals are never cooked right and now they put a Groupon coupon and are nor able to redeem because the cashiers are not allowed to do so .only manager is allowed to redeem the Groupon I'm very upset and we'll no longer visit this place chefs don't know how to cook eggs . read more

It's clean, the servers are super friendly, but the food was not as good as it looks. The hasbrowns are way to dry and flavorless, but their pancakes are a perfect size and tasty. They need to work a little on their seasoning of food and mastering their hash browns but over all it was okay. read more
